Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Depending where your room is.. a bit noisy from slamming doors, the water pump and traffic. Sometimes took a long time to get hot water.. or not at all.

Would like a mirror near a plug socket for a hairdryer. Minor irritation of mine when traveling.
Good location for our 1 night stay. 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Adequate breakfast. Near an airport express drop off/pick up point.

rooms seemed little bit outdated. super loud noises (generators?!) several times, was not possible to get asleep until it stopped after about 10minutes

Hotel needs to improve CLEANING of the common areas.
Location of the Hotel is EXCELENT. Everything is nearby : restaurants, banks, coffee shops, Larcomar, Kennedy Park with a lot of entertainment and music , supermarket open 24 hrs. Excelent buffet breakfast. Big and spacius rooms. Awesome service.

The hotel it is not bad at all, but the breakfast was very bad. The cheappest bread of the whole city. Limited options. For an executive level standard, despite I booked the biggest room, it do not have all the benefits of that. Limited TV stations in english, no glasses for drinking water. Come on!. All the hotels for these kind of rooms, have a free bottle of water, at for this standard for the biggest and more expensive room of the hotel you must offer a free bottle of water and glasses to drink water. No coffee maker also. It has beautiful view from the superior floors in the roof but they do not offer food or drinks, so this limits clearly the level of the hotel. If they improve this they could be the best option in the district.
Excellent room. Despite I live in the City, I wanted to check the quality of the hotel. I think it is a good option in comparison with other alternatives in the market. But, I have to say that there are things in the price description that could not be accurate. The price in PEN (Soles), is not so approximated to the reality that the hotel could charge you because the exchange rate the hotel uses is far superior to the normal rate in the country for US/PEN currency. Maybe it would be better to pay in dollars. Due to this I paid an small additional amount, that could look like a minimum, but it is good to say this because if someone book this hotel for multiple days the final price could increase. The location of the hotel it is excellent.

Room was a lot more dated than the pictures showed, and felt quite damp (far more so than another hotel we stayed at in Miraflores). Outside street noise okay, but layout of rooms means that any noise within the hotel echoes a lot.
Staff were great, very helpful. Good location.

Last time I stayed here they let me check in at 3.15 in the afternoon so I had to wait for hours
Hello. I go to Lima a few times a year and all the hotels that I like will not let me check in until 3pm. I usually travel overnight by bus and arrive early morning and would like to check in at about 9/10am and not pay for an extra day

All, except that there was no microwave oven in my room, which I needed. The staff said I did not respond to their email, but I thought a room that is spacious enough should have a microwave oven or a kettle for hot coffee or water to drink in the morning.
