The rooms were not very soundproof. Could easily hear noisy guests in the corridor (mind you, that is also the lack of consideration from other guests!!) and the windows not very soundproof roadside rooms noisy at night/early morning .

Location - 5 mins walk from square, lots of restaurants nearby. Room dated but comfortable, everything worked, good hot water. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The Check in experience was awesome, they help me with important info that I need, beside the explanations about the hotel the go beyond the expectations, I want to mention Angela, she was the one in chargue of the reception at that time, and she help me with all the info and other doubts I have exceptional service from her, thanks Hacienda Hotel.

It was quite cold at night but the heater was not turned on during the time we were there, or not individually adjustable.

The rooms were clean, close to the main square, staff was very friendly - there was a miscommunication with checkout timings with the front desk but they were able to accomodate our needs.

The reception staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Free hot water with coca leaves in the lobby for those suffering altitude sickness is a nice touch

Like I said, the room felt maybe a little generic, like a chain hotel in the US or something.

Staff was super helpful and arranged a box breakfast for us when we had to get an early bus. The room was nice, but maybe a little generic. The shower was hot and the bathtub was very nice. Overall, a nice place in the center of town.

Everything about it was excellent, but the staff and service were over and above. We were able to check in early after an overnight bus, we ordered room service which was lovely, and reception were able to arrange us a taxi when we were leaving.

Really good location by the plaza in central Puno. Plenty of restaurants etc. The breakfast was so nice and really good value. The beds are so comfy too. The staff were so kind and accommodating, especially on our last night. We told a member of staff at reception (wish I got his name!😢) that we were going to be up too early in the morning for breakfast, and he made us such a lovely packed lunch at short notice. Such a kind man and really went above and beyond for us. Was a lovely stay.
