Most food was very good, but some items could've been better. For example the Creme Brûlée tasted very eggy.

Absolutely beautiful location, the beach was lovely and the water was pristine. The hotel had great amenities and wonderful staff. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, getting to eat while looking out over the bay, and my fabulous overwater villa.

The rooms were wonderful - stayed in an OWB and it was a delightful experience . Staff were super nice and accommodating. Concierge arranged out diving and boat trips. All were great . Food was good .

It was windy.

The location is ideal as a tropical getaway. The beach bungalows are located very close to everything and have their own beach and backyard with pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

Everything. Superb from start to finish. Resort in a wonderful location and the grounds stunning. Garden room and plunge pool, with outside space excellent. Beach and facilities perfect, even free suncream to help protect the sealife, and the beach has beautiful views. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Grounds spotless. Breakfast had a great selection for everyone. Free courtesy boat shuttle to main island up to 5.30pm. Shuttle does run later than this for a nominal fee. Best holiday I think we have ever had.

The food . Didn’t have a good meal between all the restaurants we tried .

The overwater bungalow was a dream , the staff and service were impeccable , the feeling of seclusion and views of mt otemanu were breathtaking

Changed villas after 2 days due to a faulty ac unit, were offered overwater instead of garden villa but we loved the privacy we had so that experience was fine. Our dining experience at the very expensive Poerava French restaurant was marred by the table adjacent ours who were influencers from China. They disrupted our $800 meal by having photo equipment all over and posing and taking food pictures. Had we known ahead we'd have canceled our reservation. Had one other bad dining room service at otumanu for dinner one night, otherwise a great stay, thanks and mauruuru 🤙🤙

They need better down pillows and maybe the training should be more consistent? Some of the restaurants rd gave excellent service and others not so much. Their sushi restaurant is amazing but the food could use some sprucing up.

We loved everything about this resort! The people are so kind, so warm, so positive all the time! With the attention the focus on details and the beautiful location, water, amenities, you feel you’re in Paradise! The food was great, very good buffet in the morning; for lunch or dinner you could choose one of the restaurants onsite which către to any taste. We spent our Honeymoon here and it will forever hold a place in our hearts. 🤍

Not a thing - everything was perfect.

Every single thing from arrival to departure was personalized and perfect. It is the most expensive place we've ever stayed, but I see the value of what we paid for. Breakfast was absolutely enormous and superb, with many types of cuisine offered. Service was on point, even when we had a massive storm roll in and we were stuck inside for a day, the staff braved the weather to make sure guests had everything refreshed in their rooms. We had access to kayaks and paddleboards, beach games, snorkeling, and scheduled crafts to join in. Would 100% stay in the same place again.

Air conditioner is not so good.

Location is so good. Stuffs are very kind and bright. Food is delicious.

Technology was very basic. Could not connect easily to streaming services. Incorrect name on TV screen and it took days to fix it. The mirror in bathroom was broken and curtain hook was broken or missing. It took a few days to get fixed where it should have been checked before new guests move in.

Location, quality of everything was of a high standard. Some staff could not communicate in English.
