Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyI loved the location, right in front of a nice beach and the resort is nice but you should choose the bungalows, since the hotel rooms are in a building and not so nice. Small rooms, little equipment for the kitchen. I think it's a bit overpriced.

United States of AmericaThere are hotel rooms and bungalows. We stayed in the hotel portion, which was really outdated and very generic feeling. The room was not very impressive. The pool was nice to have but very small. It was also a little ridiculous how stingy they were with towels. It wasn't a great value, in my opinion. I think it's worth it to spend more money if you are looking for modern amenities in a more modern environment.
The location was nice. It was a fairly quiet place to stay, which was a factor when we chose to stay here. There were a couple of restaurants close, which was nice later at night. The hotel is next to the public beach, which has good snorkeling off the beach. The sunsets were amazing!

AustraliaThe walls of the rooms are thin and you can hear everything happening outside. We were near the pool and people were hanging and talking by the pool all night till 3 am. The place needs some sort of security
Great snorkeling area right out the front. Great value breakfast. We ate out at dinner. Rooms where cute and clean. Nice shopping area for souvenirs walking distance.

United States of AmericaOur room had a small kitchenette but it was hard top wash our dishes in the small bathroom sink The roosters on the grounds will wake light sleepers up every morning There was a park right outside our rooms front door & a group came & did aerobics one of the mornings, cranking their music up and waking us. Probably nothing the hotel could do other than ask them to move to the center of the park instead of right near the fence, 10 feet from our door Our shower did not have a door so for privacy, we kept the bathroom door open, to somewhat block it.
The beach was beautiful and not rocky or full of coral, unlike in Tahiti. It was also only a 200 foot walk from our room The Sunset bar had amazing food and I loved my spicy pizza! We did not experience bugs like we thought we might The room did not have AC but never got hot due to the large ceiling fan in our room The huts looked authentic and took you back in time The back porch had a dining room table and 6 chairs. It faced all the other huts (the front doors are in the back) so you could drink your morning coffee and people watch, talk to the chickens or just take in the whole "hut life" vibe. Great place for us ladies to do your makeup in natural light too. You could use the pool whenever (unlike the hotel we stayed at prior, who shut theirs down at 6 pm) They have beach towels to borrow They have free parking which was convenient since we'd rented 2 cars (the hotel is on the opposite side of the island as the ferry) The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and their English was good (which just made it easier for us)

United KingdomBook Villa no 1 and you are on the shore! Attractive leaf covered bills. Well equipped kitchen so you could cook for yourself. Shops about 300m. Very good pizza next door but must book. Several local restaurants near shops. Good swimming with coral gardens off. Watch friendly stingrays glide by. Faces west so great to watch sunsets from the verandah.

United States of AmericaSome mentioned beach was not great. We thought it was very nice and natural.
Looking for a hut with beach view not in a big resort for a less 'corporate' experience. Hibiscus delivered completly. Huts 1,2,3,4,11&12 have views of the water. Huts are well done and very clean. Big bonus was the on site restaurant 'Le Sunset'. Excellent food, great views and so nice to stoll to dinner instead of drive.
