The lobby, corridors, and common areas were a little tired looking and dark. The bar was no longer open.

The room was quite large with a spacious seating area in addition to the bed. Also had an outside balcony with table and chairs. The dinner served at the restaurant was quite tasty. The swimming pool was clean and not crowded.

It was like it was designed by Darth Vader. Darker than a black hole at night time.

The room was really nice and the omelette I had for breakfast was probably the highlight. The staff were lovely.

After a 14 day cruise, we were all tired and only wanted to have rest in our hotel room. The check-in time was 1.00 pm but it was delayed till 3.30-4.00 pm. I only found out on the last day that hotel housekeeping starts from 1st floor to 6th floor which means housekeeping could be in late afternoon after 3.30pm. So if you are staying on the higher floors and you want an earlier housekeeping time, then you will need to notify hotel reception.

The Hotel Receptionists were helpful, nice and friendly. Very central and close to port and shops, cafes and restaurants. A rental car service is coveniently located just 50 metres from hotel. The swimming pool is clean and nice. The taxi transfer booked through hotel are prompt and friendly and the price charged is very good.

The leather furniture in the foyer is starting to look damaged and shoddy

The hotel must have been a real beauty in its heyday. It's a bit run down now, but very clean. The air conditioning was challenged by the warm temperatures.

Only used room for 6 hours... arrived at 3:00pm and left at 9:00pm...wanted a place to leave luggage, rest and freshen up before our 11:45pm flight. Front desk guy was very rude stating my cousin & his wife (who were leaving 3 hours earlier) were not allowed to go upstairs with us to leave luggage while we went to find a restaurant as we only booked a 2-person room (no food/drinks available at hotel at that hour). Really??? Tried explaining none of us were spending the night, he understood but didn't care. Never stayed at a hotel that would not allow visitors in room for a couple of hours during the day, Room was not well insulated... could hear thru balcony door loud street noises & sirens going by constantly even with drapes closed. Would be difficult for light sleepers to get a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious, clean and modern... I was very pleased with the size and furnishings were very nice.

Randall at reception was great! The two women who came in after him were not the least bit helpful and not at all like the other local people we met on this trip who were kind and wonderful.

We left late at night so we had no breakfast. The hotel is centrally located. They’re remodeling the pool area so once that is finished that should be a fun place to hang out. Sorry we missed it.

Airport transfers. I booked airport transfer when I did the booking, and I receive conformation on both booking. Checked on the transfer booking, a day before check out, I was told that I have to book 3 days before check out. There was no information given to me, when I did the booking.

Intermittent wifi, TV channels were not executed well, pool are was tired and no sun cover, lots of dated tired furniture, toilets in lobby were in bad need of updating

The property is a little run down especially the exterior. But we enjoyed the pool, which could use a little upkeep as well.
