The location - it was a 4-hour drive from manila.

The whole property is clean and relaxing. There are 3 big pools (2 infinity). Our room is facing the beautiful sunset. Food is amazing!!! All staff are professional, helpful and respectful.

The water in the faucet and toilet bowl seems not clear with some yellowish color. And when you flush the toilet, there are small particles coming out. The pocket garden of the bathroom needs overhauling. There are dead plants. The tv channels are limited though.

Breakfast and dinner are good tasting meals. The waiters are so courteous, friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and ac is working well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We always do everytime we stay at Club Punta Fuego.

The hotel claims to be 5-star but it is important to note that this is a 5-star Phillapeno hotel, based on EU standards some parts are 4-star and others 3-star. The furniture in the room needs some attention, the wardrobe was almost impossible to open and close, the door and the door in the bathroom was slightly broken. The joining door to the next hut was very thin and every word could be heard (especially the crying baby). Drinks and food were very expensive for the country and the quality of food was very hit or miss. I have had much better and much cheaper.

The location is beautiful, and the whole area is worth exploring, from the little coves and huge homes around the hotel. My room was very large, and clean, with blackout curtains, and ceiling fan, and AC. The pools and the view are spectacular as are the views from the bar and restaurant. I also highly recommend enjoying a very relaxing massage (although they are quite expensive)

There were no beach chairs or resting areas on the beach. The bathroom did not have blinds or curtains.

The view and environment were nice. Staff were accommodating.

Needs renovation, some rooms are undergoing repairs. Outside can see that has not been maintained for some time now. Not so clean my room, curtains were dark grey with moist and dust on the bottom. Old furniture. Just two shower towels provided in the room, no hand towels.

Location, beautiful views, good food at the restaurant. Personnel is very kind always with a smile.

Very quiet, relaxing atmosphere. It was clean. The cheese bread served during breakfast was great - plenty of cheese! :)
