About the only thing I didn’t like the shower handle didn’t work only the overhead shower so where you’d turn it on you’d get wet and you couldn’t rinse off without getting your hair wet.

I liked the extra room in my suite made it more homey and like how I could close off the bedroom from the living room. Loved the location not too far from airport and close to the mall and nice restaurants.

Noise in the corridor. Not very insulted, we can hear people talking, shouting and walking on the corridor outside our room.

The fact that even though I’d pre ordered a car to the British Embassy, and when I was told by reception that my car was outside, nobody outside knew anything about my car and they just kept saying we’ll order a car for you… I had to then go back inside and ask the lady on the transportation desk to sort this mess out and take me to my car, which she eventually did. I really didn’t appreciate this as I didn’t wish to be late for an important meeting with the British Embassy. Also, this car was booked for and paid for 3 hours. Even though I explained on booking that I’d only need the car for an hour at most. So I believe I was also overcharged.

The sea bass was superb. Room was ok, but I was expecting and hoping for bigger. Breakfast was ok, though I’ve noticed a decline from the breakfast over the years. From outstanding it’s now just ok.

Unfortunately we were not happy how your staff in check in counter, if I’am not mistakenly one of the manager desk was in-charge or suppose to be there to help us but according to him so tired that time seems it was burden to him to help us. I was so sad as Filipino- Australian Balikbayan been to many different 5star hotel in Europe, Asia, USA of course Australian never been experience the way he treated us. Suppose to be people who work in the reception should always pleased and approachable not just to work. Where’s the Filipino hospitality now??, very sad.

If you like going to the mall, you’re gonna like this place coz it’s literally across the street. If you like going out to have drinks with friends just ask the staff they will arrange transportation for you guys with additional cost ofcourse. They got a bar by the pool so you can chill and soak yourself under the sun. It really depends on what you want to do.

1. There was a HUGE noise at almost midnight in the room next door which woke me up. More loud noises followed 30 minutes later and I had to call reception. The noise kept coming, I was compelled to walk out of my room to investigate only to find a member of the security team standing right outside the front door of the room next to us. He told me he was telling the cleaners to be quieter. It was a stressful few days prior and we had a plane to catch the next day and we did not get uninterrupted restful sleep. When I went down to report my experience at Reception the next morning, there was no apology from the Duty Manager - he/she did not even come out to explain (unlike at The Manila Hotel). 2. Not enough chairs at Reception, unlike The Manila Hotel and many of the other 5 star hotels nearby. 3. We had to ring the Concierge three times to send someone up for our luggage.

1. This time around check-in was very fast. 2. We were allowed to check-in at no extra cost as soon as we arrived which was around 9am - this is a winning strategy, I would go back for this. 3. ALL staff were ALWAYS very professional, always greeted us with a smile and always helpful. 4. I have mobility issues and during breakfast, one of the more senior attendants always made sure to assist me. 5. Our request for an extended stay was granted (2 extra hours) after I complained about a noise that woke us up at midnight, the night before.
