The furniture in the living room can be upgraded.

The hotel offers good service. Thanks to exemplary staff like Angelica and the guy from the resto (which I didn't get the name) who are so friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good. And the rate is very reasonable, thus, you'll get great deal for your money's worth.

No air-conditioning in the room, but I guess you just have to open the windows so that cool air will enter the room. Gym equipment maybe needs upgrading.

Customer service is really great. Room is clean; buffet breakfast is different everyday. Baguio longganisa is the best I've tasted so far. Kettle and coffee in the room. The room is a little bigger. I was allowed late check out without extra charge. That was very considerate. Thank you!

I hope they will use an essential oil diffuser for a fresh scent that will linger around the facility. Use dehumidifier to keep humidity balance or moisture off , especially spray shower drains, sink drains, corners to rid cockroaches.

I love the ambiance. It reminds me of the Baguio I grew in. The crew working at the dining is the best! The food is great.

The pull-out bed could be a bit more comfortable.

We enjoyed our breakfast which was superb with lots of variety. Our room is spacious with an excellent view of the mountains ( suite) and we love the location as it is far enough from the city center not to be bothered by the traffic noise and all but accessible enough to get downtown and back. The staff was excellent, they were warm and welcoming.

Great attention to detail. Wonderful flower arrangements throughout the hotel. The gardens were colourful and well laid out and beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of choices and the menu changed daily. The room was spacious with a balcony and the bed comfortable.

Room is great for a family of 4 with 2 additional Adult companions. Enough space to move around the room except the bathroom which is small for a Quadruple Room but not a big deal. Location has a great overlooking view and very accessible to the Event on where we will be attending. They are the only hotel who can Accommodate us (4 Adults and 2 Kids) without additional cost provided you will use the existing bed. The staff are polite and considerate.. Will definitely comeback ..

Location is far from city center and only close to Wright Park if this is one of your destinations. We encountered traffic choke points all around Gibraltar Road. I hoped check in reception could have been more accommodating instead they made us wait for more than 1 hour along with other guests who looked all tired from the travel. Our room in basement was dim, not enough lighting because they only put in a few lamps. Zero signal from Globe telco at basement so I relied only on wifi but could not be reached by local call/message while inside.

Property felt safe with many helpful security guards at entrance and parking. Pine tree and flower garden all around. Breakfast was above average with good selection of Filipino bfast staples longganisa and tinapa and variety of breads. Hotel wifi was OK.
