The communication among the staff is delayed/misunderstood. There were some delays/complications before check in, my husband was not happy. But once our concerns were raised, the staff immediately took care of it and the rest of our stay was perfect.

Facilities were great, rooms, pools, food was yummy and really cute bar down on the beach. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed for the night, waiting for our flight to leave the country. It was a great choice and a way to end our holiday.

The number of beach chairs was a bit too few and it was hard to find vacant ones. If the staff could have prepared and offered, that would be great, as it would be a better photo of us :)

Less options for vegetarian meals. Water is not sufficiently provided, room service could be faster, arrange a chair for the staff who stands all the day at the swimming pool. Provide microwave oven in the room.

The bathroom drains in the shower had a funny smell - needed to be covered with a towel the whole time. There weren’t any privacy curtains, only blockout curtains which meant people could look into our room from the beach if we wanted the curtains open during the day.

The pool with the slide was great for the kids, and the seafood restaurant at the beach had delicious fresh seafood.

Not much choice of movies on TV. The beach area could be better maybe wider and more space. Not enough lounge chair, sometimes crowded. Maybe more food selection for kids with Allergy issues and more strict policy in the kitchen so even kids w/ allergies can enjoy the food they have in the buffet. Just maybe have all the staff aware that kids can die with contaminated food if they have allergies w/ peanuts and seafood, and to be very cautious with food prep because it's a must in the kitchen. Otherwise no problem. All workers and staff very nice and very good people. The chef I talked to very understanding so the last dinner we had my daughter is happy w/ the pizza she had. No reaction. Filipinos very hard working people and they deserve the best compliment as well.

The food are awesome,lots of selection . The only thing I worried about is their policy about kids with allergic reaction from the seafood like shrimps and peanuts. My daughter got sick a few times til I talked to the chef and told him he really have to be very careful because my daughter use epipen and was sick for 2 days after eating from the buffet. I guess they are not well oriented yet about kids from North America that a lot of them are highly sensitive with nuts and seafood and other stuff. The last dinner we had is very good after I spoke to the chef and told him to be careful and my daughter has no any allergic action at all. Most of all I like the most are the people who work there in the morning they all have smile in their face and greet you good morning, one guy who wear a (folk)sombrero(hat.) he is very nice and giving me taho ( the authentic dessert of philippines)in the morning. Love the food especially the grill. :), overall very nice and friendly people :)

I didnt like that they tried to charge us for our kids breakfast, even though I selected the options to include breakfast for all. Fortunately I found a line in my booking.com confirmation that says "Prices for your children are included in the price shown." This was enough for them to wave the charges. The man-made beach has also seen better days, specially in low tides.

We really loved their rooms, it was spacious and located next to the pool. Location was great too with many restaurants and an SM grocery within 200 metres outside the resort.

Overall my stay was great and I would stay here again. But the issues that came to mind are the safe batteries needed housekeeping fix every few days, there was really loud music a few night we were there coming from across the road. Instead of calling the tourist police security tried to pretend it wasn’t there. But all this was a minor issue to the overall stay. There was some other small things that if they kept on top of the stay would be perfect. But if you raised it, problems were solved immediately.

The 3 pools, the amoma spa rooms were spacious. Although there are few issues, staff were very quick to get on the problem. Allowed a really late checkout as we were delayed with our check in. The best thing about the resort was their staff. Friendly and helpful and always reasonable.

It sounds silly, but the external and internal doors were very heavy sliding doors. Outside one was hard to lock. It was also hard to get fresh water without paying for it.

A minor problem, but we noticed that the drain in the shower backed up into the drain underneath the sink, which caused suds from our bubble bath to cluster around the drain underneath the sink. Our aircon also stopped working on one evening, but the staff dealt with it very efficiently.

We loved everything about the hotel! The staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We arrived a few hours early and were prepared to wait before we could check in but the staff had our room ready after brunch. They even gave us a ground floor room to accommodate our mom as she can't climb stairs. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and there were plenty of options at the breakfast buffet. The spa is also excellent; I had the best massage while I was there!

The beach- The white sand is just at the beachfront; there are so many sea urchins on the way to the sandbar across.

Buffet breakfast was very good with many options. Dinner at D Cove restaurant was also goo. Room is spacious and clean. I love the beach front.
