Room is big enough for 2 persons. The room is clean. Toilet/Bathroom is fine. Breakfast is very satisfying. There is good looking pool but we did not use it. As we had not enough time to do it.

the room and the hotel overall is clean but should also pay attention to things such as drawer handles, cabinets. They are dusty and looks like never wipes in ages. Also we found a biscuit and used slippers from previous occupants in the drawer

Furnitures all look worn out. Need to be updated.

The hotel is clean and smells very nice the staff are very attentive and very professional. The rooms need are clean but needs minor maintenance the furniture needs attention. They all look so worn out with scratches everywhere. The sliding door to the bathroom in room 516 gets stuck you need some force to open it. The safe in 316 is out of order. Otherwise everything is good.

Could have made the open space on upper floors more appealing aesthetically...quite bland...was chilly and too windy to try pool outside

they giving 1 access card per room and i book 2 rooms. it’s difficult for 5 person to stay inside the room while others wants to go out due to automatic off if u removed the card key.they should provide 2 access card per each room

Rooms are not totally fresh anymore, so may be time for some modernization. Not the best view in Tagaytay.

Comfortable king size bed in an overall good hotel providing all amenities you need for your stay. Convenient for business travellers. Decent Breakfast included. The place was empty during week days, but i suppose it may be more busy on week ends.

Beds are small. We were booked at the 3rd flr and our view is ugly, the aircons and walls are blocking the view. Had to call the maintenance at 12 midnight because aircon isnt working well. But they were quick enough to fix it. I wish their holiday buffets are safe for everyone, less seafood or at least more options for those with allergies.the bar by the pool isnt open. And there was no life guard around unlike in other hotels. No one offered for beach towels. Parking isnt that big and may be crowded and full on a peak day

Staff are nice. Location is very accesible from the highway and there are a lot nice restaurants nearby. Lobby is spacious and nice. Pool is heated with kiddie pool. Love the massage as well. Buffet breakfast is good. I love that they have fridge inside the room as well. I wish it was stated in the list of amenities as well.

There was a moldy smell in the bathroom. It is outdated inside their bathroom, the venner was peeling off. The iron I got brought to the room had a burnt smell and transfered to my clothes. I had a massage, it was good but the massage table had a smell. For the price I could've gotten a more pleasant ambiance.

The food was exceptionally good. The breakfast buffet was different each day. The rooms were clean, t.v. channel selection was good, daily room service was completed promptly and efficiently, pool was warm and clean, and all staff were very professional, helpful, and accommodating. Rooms were a nice size and balconies were nice! The manager took time to greet people in various places in the venue. A nice touch!

The front reception/concierge staff were polite however did not seem resourceful or helpful in ensuring their guests maximise their experience in Tagaytay. We were not offered any info on points of interests etc in the local area unlike other parts of the Philippines where hotel staff would suggest 'must-see' places etc, on their own accord. When we did ask questions, they appeared to have little knowledge of Tagaytay. Anyway no big deal, we did our own research like we always do. It would just be helpful if staff could support our research of the local area. Pool was nice, had a mango shake by the pool however it was watered down. It was a nice mango flavoured water with shaved ice, I guess. It is the only accommodation we have stayed in the Philippines that were not able to assist with motorbike rental, as they only offer car or taxi services. No big deal, we sorted this out ourselves. Also the first hotel for us where reception staff will phone you in your room to tell you to see reception upon leaving the hotel for the day so housekeeping staff could perform their duties? A bit bizarre, really. Not sure if this is a hotel culture in Tagaytay?

Room was spacious and comfortable. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was a mixed of a la carte or buffet, depending on hotel guests quota. Lovely staff at the Mercedes restaurant. Great place to rest and call it a day. Nice big pool and a kids' pool also available.
