They said our bedroom had a balcony, which in reality is an internal balcony (view to the internal service area of the building); ventilation in the bathroom is not really efficient, and the AC cools down very slowly.

Well located (only a 10min walk away from El Nido town); very clean; working AC; comfortable bed; they offer free water; the owner is friendly.

Ideal location - close to public market and souvenir shops, as well as the “main st” by El Nido beach. Staff were v kind, helped carry my bag upstairs for me :) Really recommend for a solo traveller wanting a private room for a similar price to a hostel

We didn’t get a change of towels over the 6 nights we were there (but we didn’t ask). The aircon is not very powerful.

The location was great, just a short walk into the centre and pier for boat trips. The shower was hot (make sure to push the plug in). The WIFI was absolutely brilliant - the best we have found across all Phillipines. The room was spacious and with a balcony for drying clothes. The free water, fridge and kettle were great.

Stairs going down and up to and from the residences from the street. Plus there was no handrails. They did not mention stairs in their ad. Sign was not very visible from the street.

The staff was great. The manager even allowed me to use their new room for free as I had missed my flight. Room was great for one person.

Low water pressure meaning the showers were pretty useless. The mattresses had also seen better days as they were practically paper thin and you could feel every bed board

For the price the place is okay. Location is just outside of town but still within walking distance of most things. Staff were also very friendly and willing to help out with questions about my stay in El Nido

A value for money place, hence i couldnt pinpoint something major.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. They are quick to help us for any issues.. Location is good, not too central hence we avoided the late night noise. We had a nice stay for a reasonable price.
