눉My wife bled on the sheets and they were not changed. The towels and bathmat were dirty from being on the floor, but they were not changed. There is no exhaust from the shower and thus everything in the room gets damp. The floor is actually wet and thus when you come in from outside, dirt is tracked everywhere.
눇The facilities for a large conference are excellent, but more break-out rooms are needed. The free breakfast was excellent with good service.

눉Only one computer working at the front desk - long lines to check-in/check-out. Limited parking for event.
눇Staff was excellent in responding to issues. Nice facility!

눉The reception staff are not customer oriented! I arrived a little early than 2pm and i was told that check in time is 2pm, so i left and came back a little after 2pm hoping i will be able to check in already and have my much awaited rest . I was only 3rd in line checking in, however, it was taking SALLY and DIANE and JUN the times of their lives assisting just 1 guest! So, i approached a guy by the name of carlo and asked which is the queue for check in and he pointed to me the line where i was. Unknowingly, when i looked at the queue behind me, there where already 10 of us waiting to be assisted to check in but still, Sally, Diane and jun were attending to the same guest when i arrived. This time i left line and talked to jun, he was in suit so i suppose he is the manager at that time.i asked him what is exactly the reason for the very slow processing of Sally.Imagine 3 of them assisting just 1 client without even acknowledging the presence of the other guests? What is horrible is the answer i was given by jun. I was told that they only have 1 computer to check in guests! What a horrble response from a hotel staff, and this is not even the fault of the guest. Then i observed Sally and realized that She could be a newbie , that is why Diane and Jun were assiting her or some sort of coaching her. My point being is that , during peak hours of check in moreso on weekends , coaching or training newbies is inappropriate. They could have done that on a weekday where there are lesser number of guests. And secondly, the hotel having only 1 computer to check in guests is not acceptable ! Make guests comfortable and let them enjoy vacation, precisely the reason for an out of town vacation !
