Wifi was very slow in the room, a bit better on the balcony, but it's so hot there. Better use wifi in the main part of the resort at the reception.

It's been a while since I stayed here. Room quite big, also the balcony. Price also good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The owner's attitude was not nice. she was very rude to me even before I checked in and there she treated me like I was a criminal and not a guest. I'm giving it a nice rating in consideration of the rest of the staff who were polite and kind.

The family room is away from the beachfront bldg. Far from dmall and main road so always need to ride a trike.

Its reltively far from most of the Boracat stablishments. And there is no service water for customers.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The place is beachfront which was convenient.

The room aircondition must be replaced its noisy. And the television has a poor reception..

Walking distance from the sea shore. Not to much people its like you are in a private beach its quiet , but pleasant ,very good for tourist who wants peace of soroundings. At the end of station 3 in the afternoon low tide you can see the rock formation but be careful not to go to far.

Minor things: WiFi was only accessible from the balcony (and so slow I just used my own data) and the room safe was already locked (but I didn't need it).

Although the studio was a very short walk from the beach, it is quiet overlooking a tidy garden.

The location is ideal if you want a peaceful stay in Boracay. It is located in Station 3, thus next to Station 2, minutes-walk to D'Mall. The property is located in the front beach and is value for money. Ideal for groups. The Lady from Iloilo City who was the Front Desk Attendant during that day was nice, friendly and charming. She seems to be good in dealing with guests and people in general. She gave me hot water for my coffee and had a little chitchat. It made the whole experience well-spent.

Location - the property is too far from the establishments. Restaurant and Cafe - the food is s bit pricey and they are closed in the morning hence, no option for morning coffee. Room Amenities - there is a small old fridge, old tv and split airconditioner. It would have been better if they provided an electric kettle and mugs or glasses for coffee since they're resto does not open early in the morning. Beachfront - they also provide beach towels, mats and chairs which you can place by the beach.

Ambience - The beachfront is really relaxing since it's far away from the other stations which are crowded. Room - it was spacious and clean. Room Maintenance - the staff was kind and they did not go inside the room without our permission to clean it.

If you like a more quiet, homey yet relaxing vibe, then Sundown Resort is the place to go! With its approachable and accommodating staff, we didn't regret checking in on this place. :-)

I like the location. It’s beach front and the area has really good smart signal for working remotely. The ladies at the front office are also accommodating to our requests.

Arrived here and we immediatly saw that the pictures on booking.com are nothing like the real place. It ldoes not look like anyone cleaned this place since it opened. There was so much mold all over the room, it smelled absolutely horrible and the door to our room didn’t close properly. We did not feel safe here and it did also not feel safe to us to leave our stuff in our room. We checked out not even two hours later and when we told them why, they were laughing and did not want to return any of the money (not even for the second night we booked). This is actually the first bad review we write in our four months of travelling as backpackers now. Would absolutely NOT recommend to stay here, it’s horrendous.

It's far from Station 2. We walk 15-20 mins just to get there.

I like that it's a beach-front property. Our room is cleaned and bed is made up everyday. When there was a blackout at night because of the rainy weather, they immediately opened the generator.
