Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe lodging is beside a restaurant that does live music and band (and fire dancers) from 6 pm to 12:30 midnight. Of course, no sleep for us until 1:00 AM. We are not party people so ... The cooler or mini fridge where they sell drinks don't really get cool. Aside from these things, everything is good, no complaints. Oh I forgot, I booked them from booking.com which I remember saying that under 17 is not an adult but they charged me for my 13-yr old son. But it's okay, I didn't mind so much I just hoped they updated the listing in booking.com so I am not surprised. Whatever the real pricing is should be reflected in the listing, not come out as additional charges later on. Maybe, update the listing also as having a neighboring live band/music up to midnight for non-partying peeps like us.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. She even called island star express for me to confirm our pickup time from the hotel for departure. We love the breakfast which is a little walk from the lodging, they are called Nigi nigi nu noos. We tried the pancakes, American breakfast, and the bangsilog.

Spectacular location near the beach and restos.Clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows. We didn't expect that breakfast ( Nigi Nigi) will only be ready by 8am but the staff made a way for us to get it earlier because we needed to prepare for work. Thanks to their effort.

FranceThe construction works going on right in front of the hotel and the thin window. One evening a guy was using a hammer at 10pm 20 meters away from the room, felt like he was working directly in the room while I was trying to sleep.
The most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on and I slept on many. A shower with unlimited cold and very hot water. A very effective air conditioner. A friendly staff, always available and helpful. A very convenient location.

United KingdomLive music outside the window, so couldn’t sleep before midnight, which is not often a problem. The shower was divided from the toilet only by a curtain, so water would gather around the toilet after showering
Great location, spacious room. Included breakfast was decent and could sit on the balcony and listen to live music just downstairs

New Zealand- no separate flooring or even a barrier for the shower so the whole bathroom floor got soaked - the AC wasn’t the best, we had to use the fan as well (which was provided anyway) - shower pressure was weak in our room - the road to get to the property from the main road was really hard to walk on, potholes galore - with it being super close to the beach front, it did get quite loud, late, due to the restaurants/bars with live musics, although we slept through it as we were knackered from the our day activities lol
- it was really close to the beach and other convenient locations such as bars/restaurants/sari-sari stores - spacious room for 3 people - there was a hose by the front gate to spray off sand before heading to our room - bath and beach towels were available to be changed daily! (though beach towels were only free on the first day, otherwise it’s a 50php fee per person) - the plugs had USB ports for charging which was convenient for international plugs! - bed and pillows were really comfy!

Australia4 flights of stairs to get to the penthouse but you get used to it after a few walkups. Its worth it. There are no trikes that come down the narrow pathway to the resort so you are forced to walk up to the main road and flag an e-trike to come down your alley to load up your luggage. Its a pain but still, the location was worth it. There is an open air club right next door until late. Its very loud with music and entertainment. You will not be able to sleep at all until they are finished around 11.30pm - 12.00am. It was hard to endure it each night but despite it, I still loved the penthouse and its location as there is not much else around that fits a family so close to the beach for the price we paid. We were a family of 5.
I liked the layout of the penthouse and the private balcony upstairs which has a lovely small view of the beach. You are able to smoke on the balcony which was perfect as there were 3 smokers in our group. The room was spacious and adequate. It had everything we needed. There is no pool or anything but who needs a pool when you have the beach just a few meters away. Great location.

United Arab EmiratesIf you do not like noise, since it's in front of a paluto, at night up to 12mn, there is a band playing and fire dancers. However, the noise is tolerable.
It's very near the beach (1 minute walk), restaurants, and shops. The hotel has a place to wash off sand before you go to your room, which is very useful. In front of your room, you have a place to hang your wet clothes for drying. The shower has a heater, they give you a beach towel and the room is very clean.

United KingdomLoud (like in disco) music outside from 7pm to 23:30pm. To me was good music, you can have your private party in the room as there is not much other choice 😅 Staff at breakfast place was not enthusiastic on service but the service was ok. I found Boracay the only place in Philippines with such a attitude (the airport transit employees were terrible bad on return and also the ones that try to sell activities). I would consider any other island this one is overpriced, activities not delivered as advertised. Reception was not always available.
Location is great, advice on local services was great help. Good night life however it seemed a bit adventurous on pricing, the bills always came higher than expected for some reason.

PhilippinesLocation was excellent, a few steps from the beach, and right beside grilling/paluto stalls, live band, and fire dancers. Cleanliness. Very well-kept, and no damp or bleach smell at all. There’s a water hose at the entrance to remove sand before going back to the rooms. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They also provide beach towels.

United Kingdom1.If you go to bed early, not for you. Live music every evening until around midnight, can be also noisy in the morning 7-8 am when people start work in the food court. 2.The blackout curtains cannot be open because privacy, people walking outside. So no view, no natural light, lights needs to be on, otherwise dark. I would frost the windows, the bottom half , or add sheer courtains. 3. Windows cannot stay open due to mosquitoes. Shame cannot enjoy the sea breeze. Why not fit mosquito net ? They could save on electricity as AC needs to be on. Small bar fridge , not really cold.
Location, 30 seconds from white beach, right next to a local food court with many fresh seafood, with evening live music and fire show, couple if min walk from discos. Confy matress. Air con (not latest, some can be noisy, we stayed in 2 rooms on 1st floor), but there is spare fan. Perfect and Quiet if you sleep 12am-8am.
