More attention to vacuuming would be nice, though the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Unfortunately close to the fire station and during a gale at night there were over 9 call outs, with sirens blaring. Pool is more like a very big bath.

The luxury apartment was modern, cosy, and well equipped. The bathroom had a bath, separate shower, and washing machine for longer stays. Parking was easy, the staff helpful, and the location a short walk (5-10min) from the centre.

I didn't like that when we got to the apartment we found out that the swimming pools and the sauna were closed. I didn't like that the host tried to convince me that IT was my fault because I didn't read carefully on booking that the facilities would be closed. When I said that there was no info that the kids' swimming pool would be closed the host told me that I should have deduced this. I didn't like that I paid almost double but we didn't benefit from the facilities which were advertised. The kids were really disappointed. Moreover , the walls between the apartments are very thin and you can hear really well the noise from the neighbouring apartments. We also had a problem with the heating. The buttons from the radiators are broken. The walls should also be repainted because there are several black spots.

I liked the fact that the apartment was centrally located in Zakopane. I also liked the rooms which were spacious and nicely decorated.

Some neighbours had a party till the morning and unfortunately the walls didn't quite hold the sound. The door to the hallway also didn't hold any sound but luckily there wasn't much traffic in the hall. But overall very satisfied!! Recommend!

Really luxurious apartment, very spacious, the apartment has everything you need for your stay. TV in every room, kids loved it. The check-in went smoothly and the location is good. Not far from the centre, groceries nearby. Option to use a small spa which we didn't manage to do.

Our stay was perfect, the host made all efforts to make it very enjoyable and comfortable for us. We needed some more time to leave our luggage and he adapted other reservations to help us. I recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Zakopane, it's great to relax in the SPA after a long day visiting the place and surroundings.

Our appartment was beautifully furbished, we loved staying there! Location is pefect, city center is a 10 minutes walk. Our car broke down and our host took full care of the repair, we did not have to do anything. Price was also reasonable. Very helpful and really convenient, we are very thankful!!

The flat was for 4 people even though it was rented out for 6. There was no toilet paper, cleaning supplies or toiletries. Furniture and AGD was broken. The heating was off during -10°C. The host didn't make a proper check in. The swimming pool which can be used within the complex is too small and dirty.

The worst beds I’ve slept in a trip. I can’t even call it a bed. The apartment had bad smell and we couldn’t understand what caused this smell. All furnitures were really poor, the sofa had stains, the linens were too small, and the blankets were small and “cheap”
