Location was not far from the train station and was a nice walk. The apartment was great value for money and really clean - this includes the hallways and stairways. Staff were really helpful and polite. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. Bathroom was exceptional too.

We found rubbish that had no been cleaned up down the sides of beds, and no where to put clothes in double room.

Location is excellent, and the prices very reasonable would definitely stay there again

The apartment was smaller than I thought it would be and we got an upgrade.

The location was great - close to the Old Town Square. Easy walking to bars, restaurants, sites, and shopping. The room was very clean and things were neat and tidy. Refrigerator, microwave, cook-top, dishes and a few pots and pans. a nice bottle of welcome wine. A small breakfast was included. Anna was wonderful and accommodating.

However, there was an incident with the parking. They provided the wrong code, and I couldn't access the underground parking. I had to stop on the hazard lights on a very narrow street. But the issue was resolved fairly quickly.

The apartment's location is extremely convenient. It's close to the center, includes a parking spot, and isn't very expensive.

Excellent location, room is what we expected. Apartment was clean and spacious for four adults. Breakfast was basic but very nice.

The safe was above the fridge and to access it you had to open the fridge door, it would have been better if the door was split. The window blinds in the sitting room were damaged so a little maintenance is needed.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was well appointed and really comfortable.

Perfect location 5 minutes walk to the centre, bars and restaurants. The apartment is fantastic and equipped with everything. Even a washing machine. Tea, coffee water and even a bottle of wine in the room. Spacious apartment and with balcony.

Really wonderful apartment 😀 with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Coffee, tea, water and even a bottle of wine in the room. The balcony was really nice. A good breakfast too. They even kept the luggages for us both before check in and check out. Perfect location. 5 minutes walk to the square, bars and restaurants.

No one cleaned the room in 5 days, and the breakfast doesn’t worth the money, no eggs, no hot food, only salami and cheese

The bathroom door handle requires repair, same can be said about the door to the room with twin beds.

For the money paid for 4 nights, there is nothing to complain about.

First time to Krakow. Very clean and modern 2 bedroom apartment - with a great walk in rainfall shower. Complimentary bottle of red wine and bottled water were very thoughtful. Very helpful reception, ideal location to walk to all the must see parts of Krakow, and next to a small food shop. Even the less than usual huge hotel breakfast was nice - great coffee. Would recommend ParkSide to anyone going to Krakow.
