The room was just fine but as stated before it was a bit noisy in the late afternoons. Rooms are not sound proof and you can hear conversations from guests in other rooms. As a soldier used to being extremely aware of my surroundings, it presents some issues.

The hotel was ok for the price. Some days it was a bit noisy. The location is right in the center of the city across from the main train station and bus terminal. The room was comfortable enough but it could be improved. The bathroom was roomy and hot water was great!

i normally dont concentrate my attention to small negative sides but here it was important. the appartment building is at the address mentioned on booking, at the back of the building,, but the reception is on the other side of the street at the reception of the different hotel with absolutely different name and sign, and you get no instructions about it before you come. figuring this out at midnight with bagage and a tired kid by your side is honestly very annoying. fix it guys, pretty please. and put a bottle of water in the room, its not too expensive but shows that you care

There was no reception or staff and some visitors was very loud through the night so nobody to control noise but this was expected to possibly happen can’t complain for the value for money

The staff attitude towards fixing my booking mistake was poor. Just a minute after booking I realized I booked a wrong date. They refused to be helpful in that. Rejected request for cancellation. At the end I adjusted my trip date and they move the booking for 1 day. Poorly managed in my opinion.

There weren't any spoons, just couple of glasses and a cattle in the room (nothing extra, like few tea bags or so). But they provide breakfast (till 9 am ), so we a bit late after dog walking. Overall we liked the place!

The apartment was clean and tidy. We have late check in. Good parking. We traveled with dog and a cat ( just extra fee for them), very easy to get , fast communication and cheerful personal. We like the service. Good options, when you are on the long way by car and need to rest. Special thanks that they allow animals.

Some minor repairment is needed - both for the rooms and for the furniture (particularly, for the bed in the room #16). Shampoo and shower gel would be also greatly appreciated (they have only liquid soap). A bit tricky process of check-in and out. They have reception in the building, but for 2 days I haven't seen anybody there, but they have additional reception - across the street (especially, if you check-in late at night) - also they will open the gate to let you back in if you are late at night

Location is very good - close both to the Central Station (and Krakowska Gallery) and to the Old City. Decent WiFi. They have also a small kitchen and some necessary stuff for it. Overall - not bad. The personnel also organized transfer from the airport - thank you for that.

it was a bit difficult to find the reception (it was on a different address), we arrived at night and we didn't see the poster on the garage door. it was a bit cold in the room, the heating was very mild.

a very good location if you are traveling, close to the station. a very simple room, but ok for one night. I would not recommend it for a longer stay.

The room is small, but totally functional. It's next to a church, so it got loud on Sunday morning but it was also Easter.

The staff is very kind, the reception is 24 hours, room is equipped with stove and some kitchen utensils. The bed was comfortable.

Rooms could have tea setup and the isolation of the walls is not the best. The snoring person next to my room was quite loud so I had a feeling that she/he sleeps with me.

The existence of a late check-out option is sort of a cheat. It's not really a late check-out at all - you are just paying like for another night.

Great location - extremely close both to the train station and the market square, but sort of 'hidden away' and quiet. The mini-apartement is spacious enough for two and has everything you need for a few days of stay. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.
