We were on the first floor and at night the streets were very noisy until 6am with drunk people screaming and singing all night. If I was to stay here again, I would ask for a room on a higher floor. They had a hairdryer, but it wasn't very powerful and it took ages to dry my hair. You also have to keep pushing a button in to keep it going which is annoying.

The hotel was in a great location, only a 10 minute slow walk from the main square. I say slow because we liked to take our time and look at all the lovely buildings on the way. The beds were comfortable and the room really clean. They even had an essential oil spray for your pillow to help you sleep at night. When we first arrived there was no soap in the bathroom, but when I messaged the reception on booking.com, someone brought some up right away. The staff were very helpful when you messaged them. One night the people above us sounded like they were having a party in their room. I messaged the hotel and they said they messaged everyone staying in the apartments to keep the noise down after 10pm and assured me that they didn't say anything about my message. After this we heard the people upstairs leave and take their party outside so that was really good. They also had a kettle and lots of different kinds of tea and coffee you could have in your room. I liked the old feel of the room. There is a Thai massage place on the ground floor. We got a massage while we were there and it was very relaxing and good for my tired feet from all the walking around the city. It was always very warm in the apartment.

Great location for Old Town and Wawel. Room on the courtyard was pretty dark during the day, but a) if it had been on the street I'd probably be complaining that it was loud and b) good curtains meant it was nice and dark at night, helping you sleep. Complimentary sparkling wine for NYE was a nice touch.

Was a bit noisy if you had the windows open. But nothing earplugs didn’t sort out. Also the aircon didn’t seem to be working. Asked at reception if they could sort it out but it still didn’t work. Wasn’t a major problem though. Just a bit warm in the room at night
