Location was excellent to town and sites, just need additional transport from train/bus station. Slightly noisy but to be expected as gentle town location. Room was value for money. Admin team were friendly and helpful but cleaning staff were not as friendly or welcoming. Kitchen and communal area were good and set out well

The entrance seemed a bit unwelcoming. The blanket was way too thin so it was cold. You have to bring your own padlock for the lockers in the rooms. The toilet didn't drain very well so one time when I used it, there was a "number two" floating in it which was gross. No free tea and coffee offered in the kitchen at all, those are cheap so it would be nice if there were hot drinks to make for yourself. There were no vibes at the hostel, not very social at all.

Location was great, right on the door step of the main town where the Christmas markets were. The bathrooms were nice and private as it was a single bathroom with toilet, sink and shower rather than a row of showers. The common area to sit in was quite nice and comfy and warm. The room was nice and spacious with a couch and table.

There was only one toilet/shower available for a whole floor of multiple person rooms (there were originally two, but one was out of service for the whole week). Could use ones on different floors, but there was a lot of running up and down the stairs involved. On the bright side, it felt much more private than in most hostels which typically have multiple showers covered only with a curtain (here it was a lockable bathroom). The kitchen was poorly equipped. And if you use the kitchen (the only common space where you can sit at a table) and you end up with a room on a different floor, it can be quite inconvenient to bring your stuff there. Lights both in the bathrooms and the rooms were VERY dark. Had to use a flashlight to see what's in my locker. Very often there was no toilet paper, and whenever someone made a mess in one of the common spaces during the day, it stayed like that for at least a couple of hours as the cleaning service probably appeared only twice a day or so. (Like when someone used toilet paper to dry themselves after a shower and left a pile of it in the bathroom, which lasted a whole day...)

Every interaction we had with the staff was miserable and moody, not an issue as we didnt care, we were there for a short trip and not spending much time here. Also the lack of window or ventaliation in the bathroom meant the heat moved into the bedroom making it warm. Only one key for a triple room meant no use of the lift to the room unless returning together, let alone getting into the room (did borrow the second key from reception briefly).

Location and cost were both good. The triple room we had was very large and suitable for our use.

The fact someone mistaken our room for theirs ans lad in reception just tried to open the door without checking the details first. Due to loud people on the street we had to shut the windows but unfortunately the fan in the room was not safe to use

During night, it was pretty loud from the surrounding streets, so I would recommend to use ear plugs!

The hostel is located right in the city center, just a few minutes from Wroclawski Rynek (the main square) on foot. The staff was very nice, my room had an air conditioner and the price was super good.

The noise from the traffic outside (on the 2nd floor) was substantial. If you have a problem with that don't choose this place. I didn't spend much time in the hotel and wanted a cheap place, so it wasn't a problem for me. The mattress has seen better days. It wasn't great but again it was ok for me given the price. If you think these would be a problem for you then pay more for a different place. I knew some things wouldn't be perfect but I was happy given the low price. I have seen reviews of people not happy with some things - do not book a cheap place expecting a 5 star hotel. Overall I was happy with the place: having my own room with my own bathroom in the centre of the city at such a low price trumped all other imperfections.

Let's be honest: the place is cheap and for the price it is good value: very central location, easy access to places & the train station saving time me and travel money, big room, bathroom (in my case but as it is a hostel other rooms have shared bathrooms) in the room. Given the money I paid (98zł/night which is about £20/night in June 2023) it's great value and exactly what I needed. It was clean. Although it is dark and outdated in places so it's not like it beams out with cleanliness - still it was clean while some features are dated. It includes towels as I have seen not all places in this price range do. All in all, exactly what I needed.

The room was too small for four sharing. They didn't provide towel. The locker in our room was broken. So, we couldn't put our important stuffs with safety. Moreover, they gave only one key for three people in a four sharing room.

bed was uncomfortable. sheet and blanked were dirty i think, the pillow was so tiny. couldn't sleep very well. and also pillow smells bad.

it's in the old town, perfect location. there is an elevator to reach out up floors. amazing room view. also staff provides lock for the lockers
