It's a reasonable tram ride into the city centre, although I suppose this keeps the price down.

I really enjoyed the internal charm and character of this unique place, perfect location really nice stuff friendly they look after me very well over my stay especially Olga Martyna and Joasia. Great atmosphere in the hotel, many art works handmade, not printed. Old wooden furniture. I would like to come back. Good breakfast, many kinds of cheese. As I seen, it has own bar, but I didn't visit it this time. Pets friendly.

As I mention the personal was friendly, but it was nearly impossible to communicate in English or any other langauge except in Polish. I don't expect perfect English, where English is not the mother tongue but even with very simple sentences words and Google translation it was very difficult to communicate. The water cooker was dirty and even we ask for a clean one , that never happend. (communication problem :) ) However the postive aspects of our stay are still overrule

We got a hotel room with actually had two rooms = one living room, one bedroom, one bathroom and two toilets. The breakfast buffet starts early with enought items to chose from. The location is very good 10 min walk to central train station, airport bus stops are 200 m away, exhibition and fair ground 300 m away, walking distance to old center. Rooms are quiet. For myself I found the bed comfortable and I sleep very well. The hotel offers mineral water and a water cooker. The personal is friendly.

Wasn't too impressed with breakfast, would prefer buying somewhere at a bakery. But since it was weekend, and nothing would open early, had to go with hotel breakfast, didn't want to go on a road with an empty stomach :)

A good place to top over if you travel by car. it was weekend + public holiday, hence, parking was free.

24h reception and very welcoming staff. Twin room was spacious, beds were comfortable, with clean and fresh linens. All you need from a proper hotel. It was quiet at night, our room had a balcony and nice view of the old zoo.

I met two other friends, who had reserved separately, whilst there and we had an unfortunate experience on the first night in the restaurant. There was a wine list of some variety and we found, for example, that of the seven or eight whites, only one was available. When it turned up it was an already-opened and half-drunk bottle, which we naturally refused. There seemed to be some difficulty in making the restaurant staff understand that we wanted our own, unopened bottle. Eventually we settled for a red. To be fair, on a subsequent evening when I ate in the restaurant, it was much fuller of guests, the service and food were excellent and there was no problem with the beverages.

The hotel and its location were ideal for my purposes. My room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was served nominally from 0730 but was available well before then and, like many other guests, I was down for it at 0715 and already found the dining room half full! Hot and cold buffet with good variety of offerings.

Great reception and warm staff welcome despite a late notice from my part. Breakfast from 6:30 which was very convenient, decoration of both halls and rooms are on point. Also, less than 15min walk from Poznan Glowny main train station, even under slight rain it took minimal effort to reach.
