Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor and bad was creaky, which influenced the sleep quality a lot 😕

It's a simple hotel, no amenities, but a good bar, and polite, efficient staff at reception. Best hotel in Przemyśl, so if you need to be there, it's where you should stay

Bathroom needs updating, also bigger beds would be better.

Good enough hotel to stay for couple of nights, it would be even better if hotel was updated. Staff was very nice and professional, check in and check out went smoothly. I loved my view from the window, morning breakfast was also good. Beds were little on the small side.

They only responded to my 1st message when I indicated ETA. They never picked up any calls and never replied when sent around 2 or 3 messages about directions from the train station. So I had to figure out how to get there... Good thing Polish sounds a bit like Ukrainian which I understand and speak so some very helpful cops gave me directions.

Not too far from the train station, so, it works well for an early trip. The hotel taxi drop off was good, comfy and timely. The driver was very courteous and concerned about my arrival time since there was a traffic jam, but I was 90 minutes early so we still made it. The dinner of dumplings was great, the beer good and the restaurant service good. Reception staff were courteous and helpful. The morning reception staff was also very nice as I checked out.

As for me managment is not perfect: there issues of equipment in the room (as broken holder for shower). The carpert ih the hall don't looks like fresh etc. I believe if improve the operational management hotel will be excellent

no mini fridge. no kettle, no cups. you need to take a hairdryer from the reception :( the bed, pillows and cold heavy blanket are very uncomfortable. my back hurt after the night. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was cold. it was very noisy, at 2 am someone was having a lot of fun and shouting. You can order tea and coffee in the Bar, but you must bring it at your room myself. no internal telephone in the room or any chat in messenger, so if you need ask something you must from 4 floor down on the reception everytime

Clean, super clean, fresh smell everywhere, amazing view from window, big room, nice big bathroom, a lot space, not sunny side (for summer is good, but if you will stay in the cold time i guess better take another side on the sun). Elevator!!! In Przemysl it is a very importen and a very reraly can find. A very kind personal. Always help you. We arrived at night and is ok, we asked stay little longer is ok. Bar and Kitchen close to reception

The room is in an awfull state, including the furniture, bathroom, the floor and even the walls!, it is in acute need of renovation!

The stuff is excellent, very helpfull and thoughtfull The breakfast is a good selection and good quality Location is very nice by the river, quite too. However for those commuting by train a bit far off, takes app 18 min to reach the train station

The sockets in the room were not working (only in the bathroom). And it would be nice to have a WiFi password in the room as well (because there was none)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the shower were clear and comfortable. The location is nice, you actually can take a walk to the city center. I would definitely stay longer, but the sockets have to be repaired 😂

This hotel was for me better than expected after reading a lot of review. I had a suite in parter, which was of big size and very quiet. The furnish isn't modern, but absolutely enough. You have clean towels, bed linen, water and very goos breakfast except of coffee from Nescafe machine, but its not untypical for hotels. You will always find a good one in surrounding cafeterias. The hotel is a bit far away from main railway station when travelling with luggage - take taxi. It was my mistake to cross the old city with suitcase, but good experience for the way back to my train. I always enjoy cashless travelling in Poland, especially for transit - in hotel, taxi and where ever you need. If I will need to have a stop in the city again, I will book this one.
