The main thing would be that the pillows on the bed weren't really adequate, really thin and only one each, and this does make a big difference to the quality of your sleep! To be picky, the slippers were only one, very small, size.

The location was great, really easy to find as you can't miss the restaurant. There is an intercom after the restaurant closes so you can access the reception at all times. It is all pedestrian around the front, so worth bearing in mind if you have luggage. The room on the top floor was really spacious, with comfy seating and good storage for a short trip. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is truly authentic to the Old Town.

The restaurant hall and kitchen staff were rude and impolite. It significantly lowered the overall hotel experience. The rest of the staff was excellent

I asked about breakfast and they said yes downstairs between 8-12 which was fine I thought maybe a menu in the room might have been more encouraging as they do meals all day but we couldn’t see anything downstairs because it was closed and to dark to see or read anything

As it is on the main road through the old town- it is very nosy. The room was very hot so we had to have a window open and the street noise all night was a lot.

The central location makes it super easy to get to and a great home base for a short trip! The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

beautiful & spacious room, lovely modern bathroom , super high ceilings and lots of exposed beams. electric heater provided in place of room thermostat , which we actually quite liked as it felt more eco friendly. water pressure in the shower was incredible

I enjoyed being in the heart if the city, with easy walks around to the places I wanted to go. The breakfasts were good but not enough choice, such as fresh fruit and cereals on their own. Unlimited coffee was good but not enough bread.
