There is a different picture when you choose your booking and then the room turned out to be different. Was still ok, but I was hoping for the balcony. A bit scary, there was a massive crack on the ceiling in the bathroom.

The location wasn’t that central. We arrived before 3 pm check in, so asked to check in our bags, in order to do this we had to go across town to their other hotel. There should be a facility to drop your bags early at the hotel you have booked.

The only thing was having a shower in a spa bath meant a lot of mess in the bathroom (no shower curtains or screens)

Very easy to check-in with a lockbox. The room was smaller than expected, but cosy and warm - with underfloor heating! The bathroom was spacious, and the spa bath (Deluxe Apartment) was a welcome addition after a cold Polish day.

When we arrived it was very cold there. They probably started heating only a moment before our arrival. Too little equipped.

The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos on the website. The apartments where a little further away from the centre than advertised. Around a 25 minute walk to the main square. There is also a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. 3rd floor and there is no lift. Parts of the apartment seemed unfinished. Wires hanging out of the wall and some of the lights didn't work. Fridge was also dirty and a bit smelly, as though it had been turned off for a while with the door closed

Staff where friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the safe in the room which was resolved very quickly

As other guests noted, tiny shower gel and shampoo would be nice addition. Also the cleaning could be better. No elevator.

Location. I like the check in/out process is contactless but I would update the automatic whatsapp messages - it says that “the key box is located on the right side of the front entrance” but it was actually on the left side. Also, no info about check out, we just assumed we needed to use the key box - it worked well, just a message about this would be useful. Water pressure, wifi - all good.

A toaster and Microwave would have been great for making light meals or breakfast. The lobby area could have done with a little tlc as it is a little off-putting when you enter the complex . . It would have been lovely to have access to some English TV channels even if we're just news channels .

The apartment was clean , warm and the decor was lovely . It was a ten minute walk to the town centre , shopping centre and train station .

They have no handles on the cupboards. So you have to open every door to get to the fridge. The main entrance inside the building has a metal mat. It's too low. I twisted my ankle. The mirror cracked in the hallway as you came into the room apartment. No microwave

The apartment is beautiful. Excellent location. It's got all the basics you need for a short stay.

I didn't like how little space there was between the bed and the table, I kept hitting my toe against it! Ouch. I didn't like the fact that there was only 1 pot and 1 frying pan - the frying pan hadn't been washed, full of grease and nasty stuff. The pan- so tiny I couldn't even cook 1 packet of pierogi in - had to slipt it in half, by the time the second half was done the first was cold - tragic! Also quite a walk from the center - 20 minutes but from the heart it's like 30. The vent was very dirty - probably hasn't been cleaned in months as there was loads of dust on it like almost fully covered with it.

I liked the colours! The shower was fantastic and I liked the bar table counter, that was fab!

The bathroom had an unpleasant drainage smell, however it didn’t stop us from thoroughly enjoying our stay. At these apartments there is no where to store your luggage if you have a later flight like we did, however we were able to store our case at their sister hotel which was located right in the old town centre.

Loved the interior of these apartments, good value for money. The apartments were spacious, the beds were very comfortable! The check in system was very easy to use. The location was approximately a 15/20 minute walk to the old town square. We communicated easily with the staff over WhatsApp regarding any issues or enquiries. Would highly recommend, we would stay here again.

I think two things should be mentioned to the renters: the light switch on the far left commands some how all lights, so if it is turned off, problems occur with lights; there is no pans to cook, no toaster ,etc.. I did not need any so I did not ask for them . Other apartments that I visited (because colleagues stayed there) had more coking utilities.

It is a very sophisticated system , very well described in their messages, and actually quite easy and safe

Couldn’t find out how to work the hob to cook food, emailed the property and no help at all, also said it would be fitted with toiletries such as shampoo and body wash it was not.

It was very personal in a way that it was just the right size of room.

The stools were at an odd height for the counter. Other chairs in the room could have been more comfortable. We had some WiFi issues, though the staff were very helpful and responded quickly and tried to help, the issues persisted with the connection. But overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely and comfortable bed, really nicely decorated room and bathroom. Great to have a fridge and kettle. Staff were very responsive and helpful. Handy location 15ish minutes walk from the main market square, and a small corner shop nearby.

The air con remote was missing and as a result I struggled to control the air con which sometimes blew hot air! It was very hot outside. Staff tried their best though when I messaged them about it, even late at night they still replied. The area outside felt a little unsettling at night.

Everything I needed, 15 minutes walk from the old town and main attractions. Staff replied very quickly when I had any issues/queries and were very polite. Comfy beds and the fridge is ideal. The view from the balcony was pleasant. LOTS of stairs which was okay for us but keep in mind if you have big suitcases/mobility issues.

Slightly futher away from city than first thought, but once you get your barings it's probably 15 mins from main square. Electrics/ light switches were like trying to solve a rbics cube in the dark. Apparrment Was a little bit smaller than expected. Bathroom was nice but occasionally there was a smell of drains. Balcony again was nice but was had foliage growing over it. I assume this was intentional for privacy but personally I'd rather the garden area was done up nicely allowing more ntual light in and if I want privacy I'll pull the curtains over. Overall a good apartment but given others available and the few slight let downs with this one I wouldn't really want to pay more than £60- 65 a night for this apartment. Still has more potential though

Generally clean and tidy, good facilities, comfy and pretty good overall for the price.
