Mattresses were slightly uncomfortable, but besides that the room was clean, quiet and cozy. It was also hard to lock our room door but it was just an older unit.

Location was perfect and friendly receptionists.

Booked three suites but ended up with one and 2 double rooms, 1 off the rooms was a twin when we arrived but we managed to get that . The hotel really does need to be re decorated as it is getting a bit tired

Staff was excellant, Location was good, nice little Bar we used as our local 30 meteres down road called Polsi Bar. All the trips the hotel arranged for us were great with pick up times spot on

Last minute hotel change. Couldn't enjoy the full breakfast buffet because we were too far (due to the relocation) from where they served it. Hotel without elevator for those who cannot walk up/down the stairs. Too firm mattresses. Shower drain was not working well. But for 1 night it was OK, if we stayed longer all this would be much more annoying.

Personal of hotel is very polite. My room was cleane.

Personal is good. Bottles of water included in price. Ceiling is very high. The refrigerator was too loud.

No lift, tired building on 3 floors (7 flights of stairs - we are pensioners). Hairdryer kept cutting out and had poor air flow. The shower holder didn't hold the shower head properly, causing water to go all over the place. Offsite breakfast was inconvenient, especially in snowy and icy conditions, having to cross several roads and busy tram lines. That said, the breakfast itself was very nice and had plenty of choice. No bar or communal area to relax in. No hand towels supplied, and housekeeping is not done unless requested. Unable to control heating in our room. Had to open the window despite it being - 1C to - 8C outside.. TV had loads of channels, but all were in Polish.

Spacious comfortable room with easy chairs to relax in. Despite being offsite, the breakfast was good. Staff, all very young, were very helpful and loaned a much better hairdryer on request.

Good location - walking distance (14mins) to Old Town. Although it didn’t bother us, is right next to train line so noise may be bothersome to some.

The room was worn out and crumped and thats why visually felt dirty. Also the room was pretty small. Unfortunately expected something a bit better. Too expensive for what it is. If you have a car, parking is extra 40+ zlotas near the hotel.

The location was good, between old town, the castle and Kazimierz area. All is reachable by foot. There is a fridge and kettle in the room. Wifi was fast and stable. The receptionist was there all the time.

No air conditioning and the train line outside the hotel continued throughout the night.

Staff were super friendly. Answered my questions the same day pre arrival. Taxi company the hotel arranged was friendly and informative.

It is located close to the old town. We came late, so it was important for us to check in at night. We took a taxi to get there. The room is not very big, but there is everything you need.

Nice and clean place. I booked for 1 night to sleep after my late night flight, but my flight was 6h delayed. I was exhaused and arrived at 7am, with checkout being 10am. Staff was super friendly and understanding of my situation and allowed me extra 1h to nap and refresh before continuing my journey. Amazing!

Would like to have more lighting - may be floor lamp next to sofa. There is train line next to the building, but was not too disturbing for room looking into the yard. May be more troublesome for ones looking at the street.

Very good for 3 stars and price. Perfect location on the border of the city center and Kazimierz.
