Nothing. However be aware that full breakfast buffet is only available when hotel occupancy reaches a certain level. Otherwise you're being served one breakfast dish of your choice plus fruits and cake.

I liked: cleanliness, interior design, breakfast buffet, garden, very friendly accommodating staff and overall quiet atmosphere. Also sauna - available privately was a very good experience.

Location. The palace itself is nice. However, it's located in a village and if you're looking for some special location in a palace in the middle of nowhere with a classic palace garden and park around, this place is not exactly what will impress you. Breakfast was just ok. A bit over-priced. Still, it was a nice stay, thanks!

I loved the location and amazing view along with the quality of food and drinks. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff was able to answer all our questions.

The only issue were mosquitoes - some 10 were in our room in the evening. As netting is probably difficult - perhaps some of the electric plug repellents could be an option to provide peaceful sleep.

Beautiful palace - well restored, very comfortable. Nice surroundings with an opportunity to sit either with a great view on the sofas, under the trees next to the restaurant, or in a veggie garden. Great staff - very helpful both in the hotel and the restaurant.

Absolutely nothing!

This reconstructed country home was beautiful, but it was the staff who made our stay so special. Our needs were met with smiles and professionalism. Each of the three days we stayed started with one of the most delightful and diverse breakfasts we encountered during our trip to Poland. The dinners were equally delicious, especially the tartare. This country home is worth getting off the beaten track.

The property is stunning, clean, so lovely I wanted to just remain longer to take in all of its ambience

lovely quiet setting in the midst of gentle land. The sounds of birds fill the air, lilacs and beautiful spring flowers everywhere. although it’s not super close to a town the restaurant is so good we ate there all three evenings of our stay. The staff is very kind and caring. During our second dinner the staff overheard my friend and I admiring the lilacs and lily of the valley arrangements. Soon enough there they were with a bouquet for each of us. we were very touched by that simple act of kindness.

Although it didn't bother me there is not a lift. In the main hotel the rooms are on the first and second floors.

Agree with most of the reviews, this is an excellent place to stay. Bearing on mind the level of comfort and the standard of the restaurant it is not expensive. The common rooms, lounge etc are very welcoming. There is a communal kitchen and fridge.

In the heart of the Sudete Mountains, not far from Klozdko, this palace has been renovated in the best way. Providing very nice rooms, delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner in the garden. A small paradise on earth for a very resonable price.

Our ro didn’t have air condition, not sure if this is the case for every room. Maybe as reservation was through booking.com and those are usually the cheapest rooms from the offer. Overall wasn’t too bed as despite really hot weekend the thick walls of the palace keeping the room to stay relatively cool.

Beautifully located restored palace where you can feel very special.

What I am badly missing is paid room service, coffee in bed would be so dreamy. I loved the room service during breakfast they offered last year. Made all the difference. Please bring it back!

This is a must visit if you are around - you won't be disappointed! Everything is great. Rooms are super cozy and staff members are very helpful and polite.
