The only suggestion I made to the reception was to dedicate rooms for guests with animals. Unfortunately I have allergy to cats and some dogs and I had the symptoms only in our room. Outside all was fine.

We like the space. Very large rooms, corridors and area around. We enjoyed food, both breakfast and evening dishes a’ la carte. We strongly recommend backed fish - pstrąg. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The dinner from the card menu, I would expect better quality. It looked amazing, however the quality was not adequate to the price, I'm not talking about quantity but quality. The service made up for the quality of the meal. This was unexpected because the breakfasts were delicious

There’s a gorgeous area down at the river, which could be amazing if it wasn’t for a collection of old broken furniture. Hope they clean it up by the summer and buy some new outdoor furniture. There is a sauna perched on the rock overlooking the river, but it looked abandoned and not in use. I had a salad for dinner which was fresh and tasty but uninspiring. It would be nice to offer some exciting healthy or vegan options for the younger crowd.

Utterly charming castle with beautiful park-like grounds. Rooms and facilities are clean. Restaurant is gorgeous, breakfast buffet with plenty of selection and delicious. The downstairs pool area is dreamy, perfect for romantic evening. Staff were very polite, there was a noise disturbance late at night and the security guard was on call, solved the problem immediately and texted me back to report. There is secure parking right at the front. The property is perfect for a romantic getaway, girls’ spa weekend or special group celebration. Dogs would also have a ball down at the river!

It’s 1km from city center but getting there is uphill so you will get a little hot. No smoked whisky in the bar 😀

Great looking hotel (as name states like a palace) with a clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast was quite good with a broad selection of food. Table with sweets contained very fresh stuff. A la carte restaurant is maybe not the cheapest but the food is also fantastic. Spa and pool areas are small but if you go there during the day or in morning hours you get the place almost for yourself. Dry or steam saunas, jacuzzi, pool, everything is pleasant to use.

There was not enough space where to dry towels and swim suits. Also housekeeper entered the room without asking when we were sleeping in the morning.

Nice spa zone, several saunas, jacuzzi, salt cave etc. Great breakfasts with loads od options, also dinner a la carte was really good.

Dirty linen - seems not exchanged after previous clients. Smell of mold in bathroom. Strong smell of chlorine in spa area - ozonation I think would be much better choice. But I can imagine it is more costly…

Even though the room was large the bathroom itself was rather tiny with only a shower cabin. Also, the housekeeping service seemed to be limited to resupplying the bathroom items and teas for the express in the room. Interesting there was no coffee pockets in the room and given that breakfast was only starting at 8 am we had to get our own to survive until then. The room had bathrobes but no slippers. Looks like a lot of people brought their own for the spa and the pool.

Very nice hotel with beautiful gardens all around it. The room was quite large and nicely furnished with a king bed which was very comfortable. Lot’s of spa options which were included in the stay, including large underground pool. And breakfast had a really extensive selection of items, many of which were really good!

Nothing, only the spa is quite small but although we stayed at the hotel during weekend, it was not overcrowded. Bed in the premium room category was quite uncomfortable so we changed the room for a little surcharge to premium lux (I recommend the higher room category)

Great and rich breakfast, spacious and comfortable room (category premium lux), friendly and helpful staff, nice spa included in the room rate. We appreciated checkout at 12am and good location - walking distance to the centre of Karpacz and starting point for nature walks. We will definitely return.

They could put some work checking the bathrooms, our shower was not working properly and after showering there was water everywhere (the box is not properly sealed). The big big minus for this place was charging 20zl to use the snooker room. The snooker's table top is destroyed (close to where the white ball suppose to start). If you are charging to use something, I expect it to be in perfect conditions and this is clearly not the case.

Beautiful place, the building is in a very good condition. Parking at the property. Walking distance to the city center. The pool area is really great, very beautiful man made cave with all the ambiance lights. Room was big and we get one with door access to the external balcony (where they have the external pool) instead of a window. Breakfast full of options and everything tasted good, very nice hotel!
