Wonderful staff who is very attentive, beautifully designed reception and common areas. Delicious food in the restaurant serving Polish food with a modern twist. My favourite hotel chain in Poland.

Fabulous hotel literally on the door step of the Old Town of Poznań, totally perfect as everything is within walking distance. Room was on the small side but in truth you don’t need a big room to rest your head for the night while visiting. Perfectly comfy bed, absolutely spotlessly clean, good sized bathroom with beautiful walk in shower. Unlimited tea and coffee downstairs in the lounge, not ideal for first thing in the morning but then you should be getting up and out and making the most of this beautiful city. Staff very warm and welcoming and more than happy to help. Highly recommend.

The little suggestion- would be great to have possibility to get small, standing mirror on request, like with the pillows. Women like to sit down whilst doing make up- especially you have an armchair and little side table in the room so would be perfect.

I love Puro so there was no surprise that it was amazing. Very clean hotel, you can choose level of pillow softness and staff is simply brilliant! Everyone very kind and always with smile and very professional. They are also very flexible, no extra charge for late check-out which is great! Voucher for welcome drink at the check in and the most wonderful breakfast you can imagine.

As usual, everything was just perfect: location, great interior design, room with everything you need for a comfortable stay, delicious breakfast with a lot of options to choose from, restaurant with live music on Friday, free of charge city tour with a guide for guests on Saturday. We had a great weekend!

Great service, top quality beds, spacious, wonderful books to enjoy while drinking something in the lounge. Parking not overprized. Great location to make a walk in the beautiful neighborhood even if you tired after day of travelling or you like to make a walk before breakfast. Very kind and well aware of what's going on in Poznan city staff. Thank you!

The room service menu is the same as the restaurant menu. Suggestion to have some lighter menu items on the room service menu e.g. sandwiches/frites/pasta.

The excellent and stylish Puro Poznan was the best find for our Christmas stay. The hotel is located on the edge of the old town, walking distance from the Stary Rynek and close to a tram stop. The restaurant is fantastic and we enjoyed an excellent Christmas lunch here. The rooms are comfortable and a spacious livingroom area downstairs to play games, relax and enjoy the free coffee machine.

Appreciate it was Christmas time, but couldn't use the restaurant or bar for the 3 nights we were there. Could get bar service in lounge reception area, so not all bad. We had been notified prior to our visit of refurbishment works commencement but not about restaurant/ bar not being available for use.

Location to Old Town Square was ideal. Staff at reception and at breakfast very polite and friendly. Rooms were very modern and comfortable, loved the pillows.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect, They gave me my room earlier,free welcome drink, amazing staff in the reception especially in the morning shift the boy with black hair,he was so gentle. My room was big and nice,the breakfast was amazing super delicious and so many opinions and the boy who is host in the restaurant he was super friendly. I stayed in many hotels in Poland,I can say now that Puro is the best hotels in Poland.
