There is no elevator and when you have few luggages it is not really easy to pull them by stairs on 3rd floor.

Staff is super helpful, Ukrainian girl from reception was friendly and even helped us with our luggage.

Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist. Good breakfast buffet with option for freshly cooked hot breakfast. Good proximity to airport - 10 minute ride (50 pln). Quiet. Short walk to two different restaurants.

Brilliant location easy access to train station to Warsaw, excellent location to airport. Room was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was superb, shower was lovely and hot. Underfloor heating in bathroom was really nice. Staff on hand and really helpful. Looking forward to staying there on our return next week.

I want to express my gratitude to the very friendly lady at the reception who kindly waited for me after 22:00 to check-in and helped me call a taxi to the airport. In the room, I found absolutely gorgeous bed linens, a pillow, and a blanket, and had a good rest. There was also water, coffee, tea, and a kettle, so I could have my early morning coffee without any problems. My best recommendations. Please be aware that the airport cannot be reached on foot, especially in winter; you need to take a taxi, which costs 50 zloty.

Very clean hotel with very helpful staff in a location perfect for an early morning flight from Warsaw Modlin airport. We stayed for 1 night, the staff was of great assistance booking us a taxi to the airport (which arrived perfectly on time in the morning). Selection of coffee, tea, apples and croissants in the lobby for a snack/quick breakfast was a nice gesture. The reception was manned at all times. The room was large and quiet, the bed comfortable.Would stay again.

I put on the "Do not Disturb" instruction throughout my 3 night stay, and on both days my room was still accessed and cleaned. Not a problem in itself, but why have the buttons for "Do Not Disturb" and "Please Clean my Room" if they're going to be ignored anyway! Hotel is located in a residential area and almost every house has a dog that barks very loudly each time you pass!

Lovely family run hotel with friendly reception staff who speak good English. Room was comfortable and quiet for sleeping. Air con was very useful for a very hot September! Location was pleasant and close for walking to local amenities.

It was a pleasure staying in here, everything was clean, the area is safe and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, we had a great rest before our flight. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had flight in the early morning, they helped us to book a taxi, so we got to the airport in time.

A noisy highway. A little bit detached location, nothing to do around.

The staff was super helpful and kind. The location is close enough to Modlin station. Our room was clean and comfortable but overlooked the highway so there was no chance to have the window open, but there was an air conditioner in the room so we felt comfortable at night. Overall, a nice option if you need to spend a night before an early flight from Modlin airport.
