It is super hotel. Staff it is perfect. I will come back more and more times. Sauna and swimming pool it is fantactic and working 24 hour. Also location of hotel it is good, you have parking at hotel.

The hotel itself is very well maintained. Everything was super great. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice and helpful staff, amazing swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna, and very delicious breakfast. And very quiet location close to the downtown. Definitely will visit again.

I expected something different regarding the wellness area. It’s all functional and clean. I would have liked a space to relax after getting out of the sauna. I went to my room and back.

It’s was clean. Our room was comfy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. You can walk to the old town center in 30 minutes. I would book a room again.

This hotel was recommended to me by my friends and it's one of the greatest recommendations that I received. It's very stylish - each room is named after different type of wine. There're very beautiful details that catch the eye and make you really enjoy your stay. The stuff is extremely helpful (with every small question!) and kind. Breakfast is super delicious and the view from orangerie when you see blooming magnolias is just cherry on top.

For a 5-star hotel there are many little things that should be improved. For example a very limited breakfast selection, no open restaurant, no tea in the room only a few sachets of coffee which did not look fresh. Lack of privacy as there is no curtain in the bathroom and in the room on the window opposite the bed. The bathrobe was worn and had a torn pocket, which is far from the luxury you would expect from a 5-star hotel. But despite these few things, my stay at the hotel was excellent and I felt very well looked after by the staff :)

This is a boutique hotel, in a beautiful mansion and the rooms have a very unique décor. The rooms are very spacious and clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice swimming pool with sauna, small gym and jacuzzi open 24 hours, which is great :)

An unlit entrance gate is easy to pass after dark, especially when it is covered by cars parked along the street. Entrance steps icy in the early morning.

An intimate hotel in a quiet part of Wrocław, but quite close to the city center. Surrounded by greenery. Clean and quite cozy. The swimming pool is an additional attraction.

Unfortunately there was no hot water in the morning- the situation was soon sorted but not until I’d had a cold shower!

We were delighted with this hotel. We booked it very spontaneously as we needed to extend our stay in Poland for a couple of days, so we didn't have time to enjoy all the hotel amenities (like the pool), but we would gladly come again, this time for a longer period. The staff at the hotel is very attentive and pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was also enjoyable: a choice of different dishes prepared to your request, and the coffee was also very tasty. The room was very beautiful and spacious; we loved the atmosphere of the old mansion. Additionally, this hotel is pet-friendly, and we had no issues with it, as we have 2 small dogs. A big thanks to the staff, and we look forward to our next visit!

Some issues with coffee machine during breakfast. Weak WiFi (3mbit down, 1 Mbit up). The location requires a car or taxi to reach as being quite far from the downtown (50 min walk to the market square).

Very comfortable hotel, with excellent facilities like gym, pool, sauna. Free parking. Very quiet place. Very good breakfast and the restaurant is highly recommended.

Breakfast very little variety for a 5-star hotel.

This hotel is located in a beautiful 19th-century villa, in a secluded and quiet area of Wroclaw (right next to the Centennial Hall). The hotel has an orangery with a terrace overlooking the garden - it was pleasant to eat breakfast there:) Nice pool and jacuzzi. Nice staff. I got a room with a beautiful palace bathroom - definitely great!

This place is absolutely stunning. Nice rooms. My room (Douro) has a amazing huge bathroom. Everything is sooo nice and clean, polite staff, great breakfast, nice pool, so you need to visit Grape Hotel.
