The air conditioning has a difficult time dealing with the humidity. Lobby was a bit on the small side. Pool wasn’t heated.

Nice room, close to beach , restaurants, etc. Having beach chairs and umbrellas was a big plus, though a ten minute walk away.

Property was in a very good location & not overcrowded very close to a lot of places and food. La Placita isn’t too far away it’s a lot of tourists spots nearby & was very close to the beach.

The hotel seemed to have experienced a water issue as the hallways smelled musty. This might have been temporary, we don't know. Breakfast is included but is located in an adjacent hotel, just across the street.

The location is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. This is about two miles from "old town" San Juan but in an area that is a lot of fun if you are looking to take in night life (or so it seems). The hotel room was large. We had two queen sized beds and included a snacking table with two chairs, two lounge chairs, small refrigerator and microwave. Beach access is a short walk away and the hotel includes beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (you will pay a mandatory fee - $65 for our two night stay) that provides you with this. The beach has the softest sand I have ever experienced (I challenge you to find softer in the world)...maybe this is typical of San Juan?

Some employees were talking loud in the hallway in front of our door. No iron in the room, but available at front desk.

Close to everything in Condado and many restaurants. The staff was nice and attentive. I stayed here for a wedding at the Condado Vanderbilt and its a two minute walk. It was awesome!

The street was flooding, but it did not affect my stay. When I came, the flooding was gone

The hotel was nice. Very colorful, the decor was modern.The location was great.You really are at the central location of a lot.A bonus was that the store was right on the corner. The pool area was a great place to relax.The breakfast was not the best, but it was accommodating. A little tip call the Carabali Rainforest Adventure Park directly it's definitely cheaper that way, and they have more when you are there .

breakfast was too small in portions and needed a bit of variety. Should attempt to have better coffee cups plastics cups for a hotel is no way to go.

The cook inside of the restaurant served everyone one there requested order but I was told that I was only able to choose from the free breakfast provided by the hotel even when I stated I was willing to pay for my choice I watched the chef prepare multiple orders for other customers and felt really upset regarding how I was being treated I was told because she was the only one working that she couldn't accommodate my request but served every other customer what they ordered very unprofessional and distasteful.

Can be tricky to find as it took me 3 passes to locate car park and entrance, this was partly due to street being flooded from nearby lagoon. Breakfast service was very slow and quality poor compared to my other stays in Puerto Rico.

Good location. Close to beach and restaurants. Small pool and gym available on site. Helpful staff when i checked in and was able to park car safely. Nice size room.

You have to walk across the street for breakfast and the outside area was always flooded. The jets in the jacuzzi or hot tub didn’t work.

Location was amazing! Walking distance to the beach and places to eat. My phone in the room didn’t work so I had to keep walking down to the front desk if i needed something. The retro design was really cute. Staff friendly.

The flooding side street and the lack of on-site breakfast and laundry availability

Though the breakfast and laundry facilities were not available, everything else from the room to the pool and gym were well-done and quite enjoyable. I would definitely stay at Attiba again!
