We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

-Pool not completely clean, at least that day in the morning (saturda) we didn't see no one cleaning. -Room rug feel.sticky but no beacuse of food maybe a.little.mold -not hotel to spend the weekend donest have anything to do beasides pool... needs to improve facilities area -breakfast can be included with the price you are charging or at least 2 breakfast doest have to be buffet and kids free / if you going to charge for buffet let kids eat free (its hard to pay $16 for 3 pancakes that my daught eats) -the shower faucet was spraying water everywhere, floor/toilet was extremely wet, when you get out

The room had carpeting. As a result they kept the room AC at 68 so as not to have mold. Very cold even with blanket. AC was reasonably quiet. Even with AC on there was some dampness as I could see by the paper I had out. No mold or smell of mode. Why they used carpeting in tropical climate no idea. There are no other facilities like restaurants or stores within walking distance
The room was good sized, had several chairs. It was very clean and the housekeeping came daily. The fridge worked well. Very centrally located to highways. Many restaurants within driving distance of less than 15 minutes including Burger King, Chilis, McDonalds, Subway. 20 minute drive to central plaza or beach

Outdoor hot tub under repair. Unusable. Not noted on websites. Breakfast extremely mediocre and overpriced. Coffee from Nescafe machine. Other than breakfast, $1.OO, as well.

The air conditioning is very cold and has to be turned on so that the room doesn’t get wet. The pool is a bit dirty. They use lots of single use plastic. The breakfast is a big portion of fat with sugar.

During check-in I had to complete a document. They requested that I give my spouse name. I feel that it's a invasion of privacy. Also pillows were hard as a rock. But overall I was impressed with the rooms.

The hotel doesn't have options for eating besides the $16 breakfast per person which isn't worth the price. They should have a restaurant or other option for eating inside the hotel. We wanted to pay for the extended late check out but $100 for 3 more hours is too much. They should have a better price range.
This is the third time we have stayed. The pool was way cleaner than the last time, the room was very comfy and the pool view was wonderful. I loved that they put our rooms together.
