- Toilet gave trouble to flush even after plummer came and “fixed” - Had to ask staff to let you in/out of the parking garage - Shower did not get hot enough water - 2nd floor room got no sunlight (window looked out at an abandoned church) - no complementary coffee & no coffee machine in rooms. Coffee was available only until 12pm @ the bar and we had to pay.

Staff: not overly friendly just doing their job. Bed was just ok. Our room was on road side that was busy and noisy.

We got off cruise by 9 a.m. but couldn't ck in til 3 but they let us store luggage there. There were plenty of restaurants to walk to. It was 10 min Uber ride from Pier or to old San Juan.

No individual remote control for the parking lot gate so you have to call the front desk to enter and exit the lot. They sell coffee in the morning but nothing else is available, so you'd have to go elsewhere for breakfast. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked with towels but only one small hook so we used plastic hangars :( The mattresses are very hard and the pillows are too soft but if that works for you then you'll be fine. The carpets smell awful, like sweaty foot odor, and need to be cleaned. Lastly, the bath tub fills up when you shower and drains very slowly. I mentioned it to the housekeeping staff and the front desk but I don't think it was addressed.

Location and proximity to the airport and Old San Juan; the rooftop lounging area with amazing views of the Condado Bay area and the ocean. Rooms have a mini-fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. Lots of restaurants, a supermarket, a movie theater and free assigned parking across the street from the hotel. The 24 hour front desk staff members are very helpful and friendly.

There is no air fresher machine in the restroom so if you take shower more than 10 minutes, the room will be very humid. Sometimes it is pretty cold in the night, but AC cannot operate hot mode.

Very good modern hotel. Location is perfect, lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Receptionists are friendly. Price is affordable.

Quiet & Comfortabel Small Hotel. Rooms where just like in the pictures, spacious enough & the bed was comfortabel We had a great relaxing stay And so many options of restaurants down the street & a supermarket close by, everything was just a small walk away.

Parking is across the street with a pretty dangerous intersection to cross, staff were really nice! Beds were a bit uncomfortable but a good place to stay one or two nights
