Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The air conditioner was too high. The staff stated they weren't able to adjust or turn off the thermostat.

Excellent location in front of the town square. Two solid dining options: Melao for breakfast and Lola's for dinner. It has parking, a nice size refrigerator in the room.

Only downside was there was a lot of noise until about 3 am. We stayed in a room overlooking the square so very close to the street. We were there on a Friday night so understandably the town was busy at that time. Not the hotels fault but just an observation.
Location was great, hotel was beautiful, lots of shops and restaurants close by. Located right in town center.

The pool is right by the patio for diners, so it isn't very relaxing. Ponce is lovely, but still recovering, so there are many empty storefronts.
Great room with comfortable beds. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location by the plaza was excellent.

The coffee house in the vicinity had extremely slow service. There were lines to order especially for breakfast. But the ones that were working at work were excellent Front desk did not have printed information about suggested activities, restaurants and events to visit The facility that honored Firemen history, black and red museum was closed
I was brought towels by pool side Facility was clean, well kept I loved the convinience of parking It was located in the center of town, by the Plaza

Property is fine, Ponce is a run down place with not much going for it, stayed two days for the carnival but wish I gone to Vieques instead. On the coast but no viable beaches. Don’t go to Playa Santa, dirty and no facilities!

One of two rooms located above backup generator for building. It ran all night due to power outrage/impossible to sleep as so noisy and vibrating whole room. Rooms face parking deck so view not so great. Breakfast included was good

We enjoyed the pool. Offer pool towels upon guest request.
Easy to book a reservation on line. Hospitality of staff was wonderful. Our stay was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Location was convenient to dining and cocktails. I would return and stay at this hotel.

The thing that surprised me was that the new hotel is behind the main building facing the parking. You had to use the elevator to go to the basement, walk through the pool area in order to reach the lobby. It was tiresome to walk all the way from the new area to the front. They should make a walkway from the new to the old hotel. Besides anyone could walk in because the parking entrance leads to the casino and "Lolas". The floor was tile instead of carpet, it was uncomfortable to step on a cold floor every time you get off the bed. The air conditioner had to be turned off because it was not adjustable to reach the temperature we wanted.
The employees were extremely kind and helpful. They quickly responded to our needs. The food at "Melao" was exquisite. The hotel's location was perfect to enjoy Ponce's Historic District and visit all the restaurants, just steps away. The room was a nice size, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern with a rain shower.
