Some of thec window shutters had broken latches. Water pressure was a little low.

We liked the Casablanca movie theme. Very good location to restaurants and bars. The hotel restaurant located just past the lobby was very good, but we only tried their breakfast. Cozy upstairs seating is also available

Instead of regular bath towels we only had step out towel mats to use. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until after I was done showering and had no chance to request real bath towels! We were only there one night so that was our experience.

Loved the location and the roof deck!

Our room was in the back over looking an alley it loud at times in the evening.

Loved that it was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Cool decor and food was wonderful.

    Location and Vibe!

Our room was located on the first floor right in front of the elevator, and we could easily hear chatter in the hallway and the elevator dings and noises throughout the night. Thank goodness we're not light sleepers! The room didn't have any actual windows to the outside world, only to the indoor hallway. We were disappointed by the time they started serving breakfast; it was too late for us. We ended up having breakfast outside the hotel, although we really wanted to taste their food.

The location was perfect. We enjoyed the vibe of the hotel, especially the rooftop with the hot tubs. The young man who worked the night shift was really friendly and helpful and assisted us in several ways. Complimentary coffee and water at the front desk were a nice touch.

We wished that the onsite vending machine had offered bottled-water for sale (to take out or back to our room).

The onsite cocktail lounge was very good. The onsite coffee and breakfast was delicious. The roof top outdoor space was relaxing and spacious. The staff was friendly and eager to be helpful.

The room I stayed had no windows that allow you to look out to outside but how the indoor windows ( fake windows) was designed it brought light into the room.

The location of this hotel was perfect. Restaurants and water front was easy walking distance . I love the deco and the roof top facilities.

The safe was not attached to anything to actually keep it secure and in the room. It was useless as a safe, just sitting on the shelf ready for someone to walk off with it. The bathroom needs to be updated: it's very dingy looking. And the towels may have been clean but they had some stains on them. Not a good look.

The location is fantastic: in Old Town and easy to walk to all of the sites, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and even helped us get transportation to the cruise terminal. The room had great atmosphere and decor, and did feel like it was straight out of Casablanca. The bed was comfy.

The room was very small and had no windows. If you're looking not to spend much time in the room, then it's fine, but really you're just paying for location.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location really can't be beat. The building is unique and interesting.

The room had no windows at all and when we arrived at the hotel there was a very weird smell.

CasaBlanca Hotel is located just in Old San Juan, in a perfect location if you want to visit the city center. The staff was nice and the hotel itself is very beautiful.

Our room like many rooms had no windows. To be fair this is common in OSJ. Only other issue was faulty toilet.

Property was located directly in old San Juan. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

This was a perfect location for exploring Old San Juan!

There isn't a ton of space if you're using both beds, but it worked. In our room, the bathroom fan was on whenever the light was on, and it was irritating after a while not to be able to turn it off because it was kind of loud. This isn't a deal-breaker, though.

My cousin and I stayed at Casablanca Hotel in March of 2024 for two nights. The location in Viejo San Juan couldn't be any better! It is so centrally located that you can walk anywhere in Old San Juan in a matter of minutes. The lobby area is beautiful, and they have a small restaurant where we had a delicious breakfast one day. The rooms worked really well for our needs. We booked a room that had one bed and then a sofa area that converted to a bed so we each could have our space. The sofa bed was more comfortable than it looked. Initially, I was hesitant to book because the rooms are internal, meaning no window to the outside, but this is actually a bonus! Old San Juan can be super noisy at night, and the room was perfectly quiet and offered us our best sleep while in Puerto Rico. All of the buildings in Old San Juan are connected (kind of like townhomes), so the number of rooms with windows out to the streets will be limited. The room actually had great lighting because there are windows to the internal area--kind of like a landing that is brightly lit because of a skylight. But there are shutters that keep out the light for sleeping too. There are elevators, air-conditioning (a must have, even if March!) a safe, and a small refrigerator.

Jewel of a hotel at the heart of Old San Juan!

Coffee was sometimes not available. Otherwise, the nook for water and coffee was well-situated. Also, no one in our group really minded the windowless rooms on the ground floor, but the aircon was not even. One area was blasting cold, while another area did not have enough moving air. A ceiling fan or portable fan might be useful to ventilate the room, especially on hot days (we went in February, so this was not a concern).

Location is perfect. Hotel has so much character. First impressions upon checking in were positive! There were so many niches to hang out by or near the front desk, or even in the hallways at the back while waiting for checkin or anything, and these areas were photogenic. The roof deck was amazing!

Cleanliness of bathroom. The couch had hair clumps and there was sand in the bathroom.

Arrived at 2pm and Asked for help at front desk as the recommended parking garage nearby was full. Also asked if we could check in early. Street parking is nonexistent. We drove around for an hour trying to find a place to park. Clerk was immediately defensive and rude, “those are private garages. We do not own or operate a parking garage. This is our high-season, Etc.”. I just wanted a recommendation of what to do instead of leaving old San Juan area and coming back after 6pm when working folks have departed. We ended up parking in a garage that was not an overnight parking option. Arrived at hotel only to be told, we could then check in our room. Walked back to the car to get our luggage. Then had to go back to the car to move it before 10pm parking garage closing. Just exhausting.

Rooftop jacuzzis & tub top of the roof views were stunning. Beds were super comfy and room was great.
