The hotel room at 3/F garden view was amazing value for money. I especially like the big window that can fully open to see the city view and the moon at night. Friendly and helpful staff with pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast included a wide range of buffet options, especially like the bread and fruits. Good location that in the centre but also quiet. Also, close to a number of bus station.

The breakfast was good but not as good as we expected. The parking spaces are not really reserved and they only have 4 spots, so you can't be sure you will find a place to park.

Great location, the hotel is at a walking distance from the centre. The rooms are big and comfortable.

-AC seems to be old, was taking sometime to cool down the room, and "Next revision" label was idicating the revision to be done at 2022. -Toilet was leaking (inside the toilet, not to outside) and thus it was filling up it's tank from time to time and besides that was making a lot of noise, and it was also making them during the night.

-Very nice location, where nearby you have many nice restaurants -In walking distance you have very interesting sights to check -Very nice breakfast, with good variety of food -This hotel has an elevator which was great after walking a lot

Location in the centre was lively and therefore noisy. That’s the disadvantage of a hotel in the centre of town. Room very spacious and nice bathroom.

The hotel is quite traditional or old school but the rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet facing the garden. Staff are nice and the breakfast is decent. Coffee is fantastic if you ask (I like espresso). Close to the centre but in a quiet place.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and the cockrels at the rear of the property can give you an early start!

Firstly the staff, who were very helpful and welcoming. presented my colleague with a bottle of Champagne on his birthday and even offered to iron my clothes. Secondly the location was excellent to explore Braga from.

The water from the shower in the bathroom runs directly to the floor. The breakfast was rather basic. In relation to what the hotel offers the price is relatively high. The discount on the parking is only very limited, only the night hours are discounted, but the hours during the day need to be paid full price.

It is a nice hotel near the Praça da Republica, centrally located in the city. It is near to the major attractions in the city center.

The entrance is not always open. We found the entrance locked once at night and once in the afternoon. Even though we were told to knock on the door the first time when we were locked out the second time there wasn’t anyone to answer the knock immediately. We had to wait there for a while wondering what was going on. I suggest to inform guests about the situation beforehand.

It would have been great to have free parking available 24/7. Parking in a nearby lot is complimentary in the evening during specific hours, but has a fee during the day.

The staff was lovely and the hotel was charming. The location couldn't have been better - it was away from the bustle of the center but just a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to be. They even had bath robes, which was not expected!

only 4 free spots for parking and most of the time they were occupied by people outside of the hotel. hotel was tired of calling the police every day to fine the cars. if you park in the underground parking close by it’s pretty expensive (the hotel does cover overnight parking)

Aircon didn't work, and the only thing that may bother some is there are 2 cockerels in the next property which like to make themselves known throughout the day, some people like this but some would find it annoying.
