The shutter/blind on the door to the little balcony didn't function very well. The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected but completely functional.

The Staff ! The two young ladies at the front desk took SUCH good care of me. I had some personal issues and they went out of their way to find solutions, give me directions, reassure me. I wish I could identify them by name but they went above and beyond to make my stay stress free.

The room was really small and packed with furniture. Our room had a double bed and a single bed. Once you open up a large trolley bag inside the room then there is literally no space to move. We did not find it much a problem as we stayed only for 1 night. If staying for more days, I would prefer a bigger room. Another problem was there was only one free electrical outlet in the room, that also far away from the beds(next to the bathroom)

We stayed at Hotel Aleluia for 1 night only. The person at the reception desk was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed for our stay and visit around Fatima. The Check-in process also was fast enough. The rooms were as expected and neat. The bathroom also was very neat and a good size. The location of the Hotel is really good as it is next to one of the main churches in Fatima and also a lot of souvenir shops were nearby which saved us time when shopping. Parking was available just a 2min walk away.

I did not like that the hotel provided only one small bottle of water per room (not per person). No kettle with some teas or coffee available. Also, the paper tablecloths do not look nice...

Great location, perfect for elderly people. Clean and tidy rooms and the whole hotel was bright and quiet. The breakfast food was just ok but 10/10 for the price they charged. Extremely nice and helpful staff.

It would have been great if the restaurant was open. But we absolutely understand people need time off and a slow season is the best time to take it.

It is not that I do not like; but I think that it’s possible to be better improving: access to parking lot and breakfast.

Room. Room with communication to another. Very quiet and big. Very comfortable for a couple and 2 teenagers.

Amazing location and staff. The rooms are spacious and very close to all main prayer areas. I was there for just 1 night but will surely return for a longer get stay. We were allowed a early check in as we had to leave at 2 am the next day. Thanks to the hotel team.

Location. The shrine is right behind it. Stores and eateries nearby. Hotel has it's own dinner and breakfast for a fee.

Breakfast menu could have more options. Would be helpful if guests are given a head ups about the dining places nearby as there is nothing available past 9:30 pm (after the evening candlelight procession).

Location fantastic. A short walk from.main bus station and also just across the road to The Sanctuary. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly .The bedroom was spotless and decorated to a high standard.
