Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the bathroom design is such that you have to leap into and can be quite dangerous when it's wet. The kitchen was way smaller than in pictures
was very clean, the location was excellent, spacious room and good wifi speed, and the staff were very kind. The staff left a card for the birthday celebrations which was nice, although it would have been amazing if they did it on our first day instead of the last day.

The location was idea for us as were were seeing show nearby. The roomsize was perfect as there were 3 of us. As it was my mum's birthday the staff had left a cake for her in the room. This was a lovely surprise.

Access to shower in bathroom is a little difficult for an older less mobile traveller but otherwise facilities are excellent.

Everything was lovely! Just be careful of the sink - the cabinet is low so you might hit your head BUT this is such a minor thing it was not a problem at all!
All I can say is that, I am SO SO SO SO glad I found Altis Prime Hotel for our trip!!! If I were to list everything that was amazing about the hotel and the staff, I am afraid the list would be too long! We were so so happy throughout our stay at the hotel and so so sad to leave!! Wish we could stay longer as it feels like homeee! We got the Triple Room and the extra bed for the third guest was comfortable:) The kitchen was amazing, my mum cooked everyday! All the staffs are were 10/10, so kind, so helpful, so accomodating! I can’t reccomend this hotel enough. We even kept our luggages with the hotel after checkout and return to pick it up when we had to leave for the airport at no extra cost:) All the best to the hotel and keep up the fantastic work! I will DEFINITELY choose Altis Prime Hotel for all my future stay in Lisbon!

A spacious, quiet, well equipped room. Located a short walk from a good selection of restaurants and the Metro system. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, with good local knowledge. We didn't see much of the housekeeping staff but the room was kept to a good standard, throughout our stay. This was an ideal hotel from which to explore Lisbon.

The first apartment I was placed in - on the ground floor - was terrible, unfortunately. Dark, noisy (people smoking directly outside the window and noise from cars parking etc right in front).
The second apartment I was in was great - quiet, bright and fully fitted for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were very kind.

Despite the description saying double or twin beds and we made booking 3 months in advance, requested for twin beds twice but once check-in, what we requested was still unavailable.
We would especially thank you Sofia for helping us with a new bus booking to Porto. She was very, very helpful with information and so friendly. The room we had was spacious.

Absolutely amazing. The location is perfect. A 15 min walk to populair sights or a quick uber drive. The room/apartment was very spacious, 2 seperate bedrooms and a lounge area. Very comfortable and large beds. Even a small kitchenette with all utensils at hand. Super clean and daily complimentary bottle of water provided. Will definitely stay here again on another Lisbon trip.

Kitchen property was good just the upper part hang low, please take care your head.
The feedback from staff were so prompt and they are friendly. The Room was clean and the location was perfect in 10 Minuten i can reach the center by foot, bus and metro. Their recommendation was cool. If you don’t have any plan, go to reception and ask them. Thank you for your friendly service

Nothing, it was perfect!
The property was clean and very well located. The staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me an upgrade when I got to the hotel. Around 10 minute walk to the metro and main avenue of high-fashion shops. The reception staff sat down with me to show me a map of Lisbon and their personal recommendations. I felt like the hotel and staff looked after me, especially as I was a solo traveller. 1000% I will be returning, thank you for a brilliant experience!
