There seemed to be an infestation of small flies in the hallway, which wasn’t great. There was also a condensation issue in the bedrooms so on a morning the room felt very damp, the windows can’t be left open a jar so there was no way of getting rid or avoiding the condensation!

The property was great and had everything you could need, it was right next to the pool and had great amenities around!

The Brazilian Cleaners Team, should be more aware and should be careful and pay more attention behind the doors, side beds and beds.

We enjoyed all the facilities in general, the apartment for a family like us, should have another bathroom, apart from that all good Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. Definitely we are coming back.

All but one of the restaurants seemed to cater just for British tastes/preferences and the one that didn't was quite formal so not somewhere to go every evening. Also in one of the restaurants we experienced very bad service and not so great food on the occasions we ate there. I didn't get an apartment with a garden area as expected (and the reason for booking a two bed even though there was just me staying in it) which was disappointing. To use the pools you have to pay by the half day, which I've not come across anywhere else before, and the sun beds are bolted down meaning you have to move around all the time to get any shade. Also, if it were not for the lovely architecture, bakery and shop then I would have forgotten that I was in Portugal!

It was an easy and relaxing time in the sun. Architecture is very nice and there are some restaurants (of variable quality) on site and a well stocked and reasonably priced shop. Three pools on the complex. Very nice bakery which I went to each morning for coffee and pastel de natal. Jack's bar next door had a nice ambience. Very large and well stocked apartment albeit different from what I was expecting from the photos when I booked.

Stayed in 7a windy corner. Beautiful 2 bed apartment Small terrace close to the path few too many plants. Mattresses really hard and could have done with wardrobes in single beds room as had to keep clothes on the bed. Next door to laundry too.

The apartment we stayed in needs the bedrooms updating. Both beds very very uncomfortable (needs new bed frame and mattress). As it’s self catering would be a nice touch if essentials such as oil, salt and pepper and soap in the bathrooms were included for short stays. Pool bars closed from 1st November but some of the on site bars and restaurants stayed open.

Complex was well maintained and clean with good facilities such as the supermarket and bakery on site. Good location, only a 10/15 min walk to Villamoura. Nice pools - the main pool suited our 2 and 4 year old best.

Pathway lighting could gave been better in places. Some access points and steps were more difficult to see by night.

The layout of the complex gave the real feel of living in a community. It is well serviced with supermarket,bars and restaurants.

The pool area is in desperate need of some investment and improvements, the sun beds are old and cracked, almost all the umbrellas are broken!

Such a great location, we love the old village and have been year on year for so long now, it’s a perfect location for couples and families. Everything is so accessible and the people are so kind!

When we booked we asked for a ground floor apartment (we are in our 80's). On arrival, we were given a 2nd floor apartment with no lifts. We asked to be changed to no avail.

We had to ask after 4th day for clean towels didnt get then until next day apartment only cleaned once in our 9 day stay with one change of bed sheets around 6th day.. Sunloungers are €4 pre day wasn't impressed with that!

Beautiful gardens Our apartment was nice and very clean although second bedroom very small . Jaks bar happy hour 3-6pm the bakery beside it for breakfast and lunch fantastic ! Taxi on site costs €7 into marina but an Uber is only €3.75 few minutes journey in taxi 15 minutes walk.
