Stayed here with two others for a golf holiday, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, hotel was in a great location only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants and the balcony was also nice and large. We got to check in early around 12:30 in the day which was nice as we got to spend the day around Monte Gordo. Sofa beds were comfy and was great value for money for what we needed for our holiday.

A large group of children maybe 40 plus made it impossible to get and enjoy breakfast. Also advertise there is tv but there are no English channels, the hotel is advertised in English, so it would be useful to mention it in the information shall not be coming back

Booked a studio, didnt like the couches where we slept, would have been better if we had booked a 1 bedroom apartment

If they needed to increase prices then probably the bathroom would need a bit of a uplift. But fine for us especially at the bargain price. Also would advise putting in cloth and washing up liquid so guests can keep on top of things themselves.

Lovely welcome from staff, great apartment/living/kitchen/bedroom with everything you would need. Decent fridge/freezer, microwave, two rings for cooking, basic utensils for 2 including pots and pans. Very central and easy walk to supermarkets, takeaways, restaurants/cafes and beach. Really fabulous stopover. Found the bed comfy, shower nice and powerful and a terrace overlooking the street. Value for money amazing. Thanks very much.

Rooms cleaned and beds made everyday also fresh towels , good breakfast .Good location for beach and town center.We were on a golfing holiday and plenty of reasonably courses in the area , also handy to go over to Spain to play .

Freezer box in fridge was so iced we couldn't use it and a small TV with just the four basic channels.

Nice spacious apartment, large balcony, good kitchenette, comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Also room service every day except Sunday.

The facilities in the room was limited and not according to the checklist. When asking, at the reception, for knifes, lamps etc we only received one small knife and nothing else. For us it was ok. We did not cock in the room mainly had breakfast but it would be good and appreciated that all things according to the checklist would be in the room and checked before a new guest arrives.

A few more pool side sun loungers would have been nice! Bathroom was a bit dated but perfectly adequate.

The location was perfect-quiet,close to beach,shops,bars,restaurants etc. The staff were all friendly & helpful. The hotel was very clean throughout. The continental breakfast was very good.

The old elevators. I was told that therewas parking at the hotel but when we got there it was full. The parking meter across the street only took 3euros and 20 cent at a time which gave approx 3 hrs. Several time during the day we had to come back to fill the meter. |From the beach from the restaurant at night it was rediculous and spoiled the 4 days we had there.

Breakfast was good. Could have been more fruit. Did not use the pool. The room was clean but needs to be renewed. Everything is old.

Kitchen felt a bit outdated and dirty, odd musky odour in the room

Parking is very restricted in peak season! Only 1 aircon unit per apartment, this one was near the door to balcony, therefore bedroom was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in! Plus unit did not switch off ever, not that we did mind due to high temperature!

The Location was perfect, 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Nice pool and area! Pet friendly as we have a dog and always goes with us.

Couldn’t reserve parking and had to check with them everyday, Plug socket was missing, told them and they said they would fix it the next day and they didn’t, Asked for an extra sheet but had to wait for the next day and even then had to remind them again Cleaning wasn’t great, they would come at really random times, sometimes in the morning and two days after 4pm (which meant they didn’t clean anything) Was there for a week and the apartment was only cleaned three days One day (4pm) the cleaners didn’t knock and just walked in
