Issue with hot water although quickly solved although we had to stay in for the plumber! Clearly damp issue but being dealt with. Only beside lights in bedrooms.

Great location, near lots of sights, lovely to see 28 tram going past, fantastic kitchen although lovely breakfast cafe literally opposite and plenty of great eateries within 5 minutes or less. Lots of space for the 4 of us, good Wi Fi. Beautifully presented. Comfy beds. Well insulated and black out shutters.

Location was excellent with tram stop just outside. WAs very quiet and peaceful although there were bars and restaurants very close by and a supermarket. Lovely coffee shop opposite.

It would’ve been really useful to have a dryer.

The position of the property was good for us. A quiet neighbourhood but easy to start walking to see things. Two bathrooms was very helpful. I loved the terrace. Juan was fantastic with communication and Joana who let us in was very nice to us, especially since we had phone issues.

Lovely spacious, comfortable and clean apartment, excellent location for bars, restaurants and exploring. Juan was a very helpful host who gave us tips on restaurants and bars. Lots of basics like coffee, tea, washing up liquid, shower gel etc already there. Wonderful treat to get complimentary Pastels de Nata on arrival. Perfect location for our stay. Thank you!😊

Excellent accommodation including car park. Very comfortable and spacious. Quiet but close to public transport and restaurants. Interesting area of Alfama. Host Juan was very responsive too.

There were two soft pillows of the same size. For us, one wasn’t enough and two were too thick. It would be nice to have had two pillows of different thicknesses. Because of the central location, there was some street and tram noise; however, this was known and expected. We are mentioning this simply as a reminder for potential clients.

The unit was extremely well stocked- soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, cooking basics, coffee, toilet paper, etc. That was very appreciated as we flew into Lisbon and it was nice not to have to get those things. We also enjoyed and made good use of the outside patio. We nearby convenience store is excellent and we appreciated the wide variety of products available there. Finally, the unit is well-located in that it is within walking distance of restaurants, Fados, bike rental shops, and the historic attractions. Other than transport to and from the airport, we walked or biked everywhere.

Some things, like the bathroom had a door not working the right way, and a towel rail was not on the wall, but on the floor.

The location could not be better, youre close to so many things/cafe/restaurants etc etc fantastic!!! We got via the whatsapp a lot of good information!! The breakfast was not in the appartment, but crossing the road, it was very very good

The appartment and the garage was very nice, and the big terrasse a nice spot to relax. The location was perfect, very charming area and close to the center. The well-known tramp number 28 stopped right in front of the appartment. Good beds and high quality appartment. The owner was incredible helpful.

Only two issues - hot water was inconsistent and there should have been some starter paper goods (paper towels or napkins) in the kitchen.

it was beautiful and very well located. Near everything; could walk to all major sights. Large and comfortable- liked the lift and fact that has two bathrooms. landlord was very accommodating to our needs.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. For a family of four with two teenagers it was great to have so much space, with a table in the kitchen and another in the living room. Having two bathrooms was good too. Lovely to have a terrace. And we were so happy when we arrived with our luggage to find a lift up to the apartment. It’s a beautiful location and surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars and cafes.

The bathroom shower door did not close properly. Both bathrooms need an upgrade. Mattress pads on the beds would be much better.

The location was excellent. We loved the terrace and all the space. The kitchen functioned well.

The patio was not as pretty as it looks i. picture and it was not ready when we arrived to property. All A/C in property did not work most of our stay. We communicated this to the host and finally was fixed the last night of our stay. I did not like the fact that communication with host was not frequent. When he was told about a/c problem he was kind of argumentative instead of just taking care of the problem right away.

The apartment is super spacious and the location is great.
