If I had to pick something — The door for the balcony was a bit of a struggle to open/close, but whatever. We had a balcony and a huge apartment.

Great apartment so close to everything, and right in old town. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be our go-to next time we’re in Porto! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Washer on sink plug needs replacing, as the water runs away, which is annoying when shaving. Front door auto-locking was temperamental.

Kitchen utensils could have been more clean, but nothing a quick good wash could not resolve :)

Flat is in great condition and offers all services and amenities needed for a medium-long stay. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Location is great.

there were some small details but till your journey they will fix it. like door handle and lock. and showerhead. except that place were very nice

very nice stuff. good communication. maded good tops for transfer to the place and back. very good location. easy to access all top sightseeing in the old town. main metro station was close. good apartment for couple. enough space and clean. very recommended. near were many good place for dinner also to buy groceries.

The problems were: 1. The door handle almost fell off after we entered the apartment. 2. The main electrical circuit breaker kept popping, possibly because of the rain.

Guillame our host was helpful when we called him as we came close to coming to the apartment for our stay. I don't think there were enough emails etc coming in with information on handing over keys, but after our phone call things happened pretty quickly. He was also good when we told him about a couple of problems we had in the apartment.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and unbeatable value for our 5-night stay in Porto. We loved the central location and walking distance to sights, great restaurants, bars, bakeries and transit. Our host was very kind and welcoming. Would stay here again!

A couple of minor concerns (for us) with the presentation of the property. 1) the shower head was not properly secured to the wall which reduced its functionality and made showering quite difficult. 2) The toaster did not work.

A good-sized and well appointed apartment close to the main 'old town' attractions. No view to speak of, but we were able to easily walk around the city. Secure public parking is available across the road for those with a hire car.

No breakfast is provided. And no lobby so I need to wait for a while to wait the staff came. No washing machine. But these are small issues so I will still stay next time.

Room is big and with kitchen and all cooking equipment. Location is close to metro, very convenient.

Unfortunately our room was facing the road which had 4 large rubbish bins across the road outside the parking building that were emptied twice a day. The 11pm emptying of those bins caused a lot of noise and also when people put their large bags of rubbish into the bins as well. You could also hear when everyone came back into the building & shutting the front door.

Location was fantastic, right next to the Trindade Metro. So quick to get to the airport €2. Room was a great size with separate kitchen. Bathroom also a good size with shower over bath.

Air conditioning would have been great as it was hot....there was a good size fan that was adequate. Some street noise but nothing too bad.

The location was great, everything was on our doorstop. The apartment was a great size with a generous kitchen and bathroom. Friendly helpful staff that were on hand for any issues.

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Position is excellent. It was a short walk from Trindade train station where the airport train terminates and close to a taxi rank for travel to the train station. It's an easy walk into the centre and riverbank areas of Porto. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet and secure. it had everything we needed for our stay.

Location and set up of the apartment. Only 150 metres from Trindade Metro Station but in a quiet street close to shops. Attentive and courteous staff member there when I arrived out of hours at 0100 in the morning off a late flight into Porto

It is close to the Trindade station so you can hear noises as the train passes by. The street below is also a busy street so it's noisy at night.

Location is great, about 100 meters from the Trindade station. There are many restaurants and cafes around for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The place is clean, with a functioning kitchen, dishes etc. Great place to stay for single or couple travelers.
