Fantastic hotel. It had a very tropical/exotic location vibe. Everything is clean and well maintained. They thought about sustainability - there is a reusable glass bottle in the room, shampoo and soap are in dispensers on the bathroom wall. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is just beautiful.

This is not the first time my husband and I have vacationed at this hotel. We went again this year with purpose and were absolutely satisfied. Super attentive staff, clean rooms, service, incredibly beautiful view, amazing food and in general, the Azoreans are very hospitable people. They simply won our hearts. The hotel is located on a cliff on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean and the views from the windows are fantastic! At night we slept with the windows open and listened to the sound of the waves and the singing of the kagaro night bird. Also on site there is a swimming pool, sauna, bar, and a very beautiful lawn terrace where you can do yoga or watch the sunset. There is even a tennis court and a beach nearby. Very beautiful park area. This is our happy place. We will definitely come back here more than once; we have pleasant memories and it’s very sad to leave there. Big thank you ❤️!

Fantastic location! The hotel and pool overlook the ocean so you have sweeping views wherever you are. The scenery is stunning, and the hotel itself was nicely decorated and very well maintained.

The breakfast is a bit overpriced, but this was the only thing I would adjust.

The place looks like a beautiful garden, outside and inside! The stuff is amazing, helpful and supportive. I actually had to change the date and stayed longer, also add my kids mid-day, with no issues! The bar is nice too. I would definitely recommend!

This is a really beautiful hotel located on the cliff with an amazing view, especially for sunset. The pool area is nice, with a snack bar. The room is super comfortable and the view from the balcony so beautiful. We particularly loved the nearby beach Baixa d'Areia. If you decide to take a bit pricey massage, it's worth it (takes place in the lovely outside area with ocean sounds...)

WiFi was not great and barely connected. There's not much to do in the area, so I would advise renting a car if you are staying out here. I had to call for a taxi a lot.

Great place to go for a relaxing and calming stay! The staff fulfilled my request to switch rooms for a better view halfway through my stay, which I appreciated a lot. Food was great at the snack bar and restaurant, but there was a limited room service menu.

The air conditioner in the rooms only went down to 21°c i am used to a colder room, so it was a little hard to fall asleep at night.

The room was very clean, and had an amazing view! The restaurant had a great dinner and breakfast selection. The staff were very friendly. The private path down to the ocean gave way to amazing views of waves crashing onto the basalt stones. This stay was definitely worth more than what i paid for!
