The beds were quite hard for my comfort and could use some kitchen items, like a sponge to wash the dishes, a tea towel to dry them off. Ideally, some tea and coffee. But all in all, a nice stay and would recommend

The breakfast was ok but there could have been a greater selection of food and drink on offer. There was also nobody to greet us on arrival so we really didn't know if we were ok to choose our food and grab a table.

The reception staff were very friendly and courteous. The check-in process was easy and it was in a very convenient location in terms of access from the main road and distance to Vilamoura. Not that we had chance but the facilities looked very good and if we were able to stay longer then we would have made use of them.

Rude reception staff, rooms a bit tired and basic for 4*.The staff were weirdly protective of the towels. We also had no electricity for 24 hours with no apology or compensation Bit far from any restaurants (all seemed to be closed but it is October)

Bath is very, very old, ugly, at least 40 years old. Double bed is just too small (width) for two. Lighting in the room very old fashioned, kind of terrible.

The rooms need to be renovated, specifically the bathrooms and the kitchens. They are worn and old. The cleaning was not meticulous.

The location seems a bit out of the way to anything outside of driving distance. Most frustrating is that it took a lot of driving to find coffee in the morning!

While we only stayed at the facility for one night, it was very comfortable and welcoming. The reception was friendly excellent. And the infinity pool and area was beautiful and very welcoming (unfortunately it was a cold day or we would have enjoyed it).

Cafetrria was closed but they brought some daily provisions to the apt due to the inconvenience so was a nice touch . Spa was also closed during our stay which was a shame.

Great apartment and kitchen equipment for self catering. Spacious and comfortable. Pool area was nice and resort grounds with tennis courts and gym facilities also. Parking right by the apartment.

the only downside I can point to is the time breakfast starts (8:30), which is late for business traveler's. Another small comment: the kitchens in the apartments don't have the basics for cooking, such as salt and olive oil.

very close to the vilamoura congress center, 12 minutes by car. Privileged location, in the middle of nature where the noises are birdsong. Large houses with stove, oven and microwave.

See pictures: We were allocated room 7 (B). The internet didn't work in the room and only functioned when when you stood close to the door. The reason for this is that the internet beacons are positioned on the perimeters of the building and at the end of the garden. We were moved to room 5 (A), where the internet improved. The reception manager was very helpful in finding a solution, though I do not believe this was a new issue. If breakfast is advertised to be open from 08:30 then the setup should be complete by then. The staff were still setting up by 08:45 and seemed to be behind schedule. I asked for the toaster to be switched on and the response I received was that the manager would be here in 15 minutes. In the end, I turned the toaster on myself. went to the the Pure Cafe on two occasions to ask for a drink in the afternoon, and we were told by staff that the cafe was closed because staff were moving furniture. If this is the case then this needs to be communicated so that the expectation is set. The emergency light ( which is clinical white ) above the door is on permanently and can't be switched off, so if you are light-sensitive when sleeping, it is a problem. This is the first hotel or property I have been to where this has been the case Bathrooms appear to be from circa 1980, and you are required to enter a bathtub to have a shower. Without non-slip mats or grab rails is incredibly dangerous. After we moved into room 5, we noticed old blood on the sheets. This was reported and rectified. We were informed that there is a daily cleaning in the apartment, with the change of towels replaced every 2 days. However, the rooms were "tidied", beds were tight, and the bin was emptied, but that was it. Towles were never changed. On the 16th, we left and placed a "make up room" sign on the door.

The breakfast had good variety, was innovative and fresh and changed daily, but the setup was a little cramped. Towards the end of our stay, the setup improved with the new arrangement. The manager in charge of the area was accommodating, engaging, and friendly. I thought the choice of new furnishings at the pool and Pure Café was tastefully selected and well positioned. Bed is old and not comfortable, bathroom light is way too dark, only one light spot.. limit of hot water, my husband had to take cold showers because there wasn’t enough hot water for the both of us.. note that I did not even wash my hair cause the weather was chilly.. that was a huge no no.. unacceptable. Tv was awful and no choice of channels, just local channels. Id rate it 2 max 3 stars and I am being nice.

Lots of green, had my little dog with me and she had a blast running around the gardens.
