See above (room clothing storage was a challenge; a wardrobe for mini-sized clothes…a few wall hooks would have helped). Despite the shortcomings, I would happily come back, especially given the helpful staff.

Terrific location(but ++noisy until11pm) with superb staff and generous breakfast. FIX THE ELEVATOR🤬! And restore the ground floor luggage store room: both major unpleasantnesses for older or non-athletic guests. Staff: Raquel, Nidia,Diogo (and the futebol star reception fellow) among others are all assets (and who helped overcome the nightmare of getting luggage upstairs).

The elevator was out of service. No big deal since I travel light. My room AC was noisy and did not work.

ANNA, IARA, HENRY were the front desk staff. All three were great and answered my many questions regarding taking the metro and day trips away.

The lift. Only went to the floor below ours, only took one person and was VERY slow. I wondered if there was a decent fire-escape as we were in the fifth floor - didn't see it.

Central location. Reasonable price, which is very difficult in Lisbon these days. Friendly young staff. Quite a spacious room considering where it is.

The staff is a little careless and not great at communicating. Not the best hotel if you have large luggage!!! The elevator is the worst. Only you can fit and you must be careful of not touching the wall as it moves. The stairs are wonky and crooked, and the worst is that they have a place to leave luggage but they use it for a pantry! Instead, you can leave your luggage in a tiny room up the stairs like Harry Potter. O_o I’m not sure why they do this.

The location is great, right in the old town close to everything, but the noise level is not noticeable. All restaurants are around, bus stops and the metro is up the road. Definitely worth staying.

Not enough room to sit on the toilet, had to sit sideways. Key cards didn’t work 5 times. Dodgy elevator so walked up and down just to get into our room, staff seem unsympathetic.

The bathroom was very small, with the toilet very close to the wall. The streets outside remained lively until 1am, glad we took ear plugs. There was noise inside the hotel as guests moved around which caused disturbance.

The location of the hotel was good. The bed was comfortable and our room had air conditioning.

The room met our needs as we were barely in the room. It provided a satisfactory sleep and offered shower use. The room however only offered one plug socket which did not stretch well to the mirror. The bathroom did provide a further socket but not suitable for straighteners with additional shower humidity.

Fantastic location and we received a friendly greeting on arrival. The hotel was a central point for us to explore Lisbon from. Basic room but clean.

Fantastic location - literally in the hub of everything. Accommodation is basic but for my one night it served me very well and the front staff were super helpful!

Didn’t use lift as it could take only one person and I was with my family. A little renovation would be beneficial.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, great value for money. Our plane back home was leaving at 6.50 AM and we requested a taxi through reception-service was absolutely fabulous. Will stay again.

The room needs to be renovated. We had a triple room and it didn’t look as advertised on the pictures. I think the bed was about to break. There was no fan in the bathroom and it did not smell good.

The location is good. ideal if you stay one or two nights and want to discover lisbon. They have a funny elevator (don’t us it if you are claustrophobic).

the room was extremely small with a cupboard in a dangerous location. we are always hitting ourselves on it. It was almost impossible to sleep, the windows weren’t soundproof and the air conditioning was too loud.
