Very friendly staff at the front desk. Even the housekeeping staff were friendly. Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also, loved the games room!

Lisbon Is a very big city and most of the places could be reach by metro and public transport. This hotel Is few minutes walking from a metro station and in a party of Town full of bar restaurants, cafè and supermarket. Our room was enough big, Well organized with separates spaces for childrens and adults. Bathroom was nice and wc was provided of water bidet. In the room.we had a safe box, two televisions with International choise of channels, cafè and tea was free for guest such as wifi connection. Soap/shampoo was very abboindant and we haven't any trouble about It. Breakfast costs 12 euro for person, childrens doesn't pay....seemed very nice but we didnt tried It. The room was very clean and everyday at out return in hotel all was set and Clean and towels changed. The best at last: the staff Is kind, simpatic and very usefull . They helped my family very much letting us leaving our baggage at reception on last day (and even using toilet before we leave for Airport). P.s. Airport can be reach as well by metro really easily the line Is about 1,5km fare from Hotel. What to Say....we are really Happy, we could return even today... and we suggest to chose this hotel IBIS that never disappoint theyr customers! Thanks tò the IBIS STAFF and goodbye Lisboa!

The location is perfect, in the Lisbon center. Comfortable beds. We were travelling with 2 children and got a spacious suite at the 1-th floor with a great view. It is also close to the airport.
