The wifi didn't work for the night we were there. Out of everything that could have been a miss though, this is the one I care about least so really not an issue for me.

Great breakfast, fantastic location, terraces and rooftop swimming pool with bar, attentive and friendly staff, great cocktails and food - just a really nice place to stay.

Swimming pool area was untidy, not enough coffee machines when breakfast room was busy, insufficient lifts as busy times.

Great location, good breakfast, comfy beds, well soundproofed, balcony overlooking the marina.

Pillows were very soft, requested firmer ones and got ones that were a bit firmer but not brilliant.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, best breakfast in a long time, location was excellent, beautiful views from our room, hotel is right in the centre of Faro, lovely relaxing few days

After a long day travelling and before seeing the room, we were required to pay. This was a little off putting and not a very warm welcome.

Location in the heart of everything, close to shops, restaurants, train and bus stations. Welcome kettle and fridge in room. Good breakfast with lots of variety and a piano accompaniment. Staff all polite, efficient, friendly and helpful.

There were 2 tiny lifts and as breakfast was on the 5th floor it lead to chaos in the morning, Some staff were lovely but the more senior staff were not very nice,also we didn't feel safe in the area outside the hotel at night there were alot of men drinking and sleeping on benches and begging.

Breakfast was nice with good a selection of food though they could do with more than 2 coffee machines there was a queue every morning for coffee

Room was very cold at night and we couldn’t get heating to work. Bed was extremely hard so had to lie on top of quilt. Food at breakfast was always lukewarm.

Location was excellent overlooking the Marina and close to shops etc. Breakfast choice was excellent. Room was a good size and had kettle, tea, coffee, mini bar, safety deposit box etc. staff were friendly and very helpful.

some of the food in the restaurant. I was served with raw salmon, which could produce all sorts of stomach upsets and infections. I should have sent it back.

Reception was a bit cramped and confusing.

The room was spacious, quiet and comfy. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and also very close to the airport. The breakfast was extraordinary.

Senses bar on the 5th floor was a bit grubby and dated. The bathroom didn’t have a window/fan/extractor & the door was a swinging glass door. Didn’t offer very much privacy…

Amazing location, lovely balcony room with marina views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast! Would highly recommend as a base to explore the area from.

The rooms facing the city are also very noisy at night (car traffic, cobblestones, brawlers) - the windows hardly keep any of it out. The ventilation sometimes gave off strange odors.

Nice staff on all sides, large breakfast buffet with daily variations and fabulous views (on weekends also with nice music accompaniment) - very good location to explore the Algarve with the neighboring trains or buses.

On checking in not much information about the hotel and surrounding areas we got most of our information from our daughter johanne that was out there in air b and b .we don't use on line so it's our only way for us to get information is from hotel thanks for our lovely week in Portugal thanks for beautiful flowers and wine .

Hotel spotless.all staff very friendly and helpful. cleaning excellent of our room 👍 breakfast amazing and breakfast staff were very helpful.
