The restaurant and staff are excellent. The bar and staff in the hotel is excellent. The pool bar is really bad food and service . The cleaning in the room was fairly good but one day they left water the next day they didn't ??? I've stayed in the hotel many time's and every time they have left water .

Outdoor pool wasn't heated and heated indoor pool was very small.

Beautiful hotel lobby , very bright modern , high ceiling and light feature looked well.We stayed in a family suite, this was very clean and comfortable and nice space. Room facilities were sufficient. Hotel Staff very professional and helpful at reception, concierge and in the bar. Breakfast was outstanding, great selection of food for every diet and so many choices. Courtesy bus to Marina was a lovely plus. We gad a lovely holiday at the Hilton.

The restaurant's dinner menu for those staying half-board had very limited choices to choose from.

The entire hotel was spotless and the staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Not to forget, the breakfast was amazing.... with so much options available.

Great hotel location for playing golf and only a 20 min walk into Villamoura. Free shuttle to the marina which we also used some days. Excellent breakfast in the mornings (we were on a b&B basis) and staff friendly, helpful and professional. Tried the spa once for the relaxation circuit (15 euro) but it was disappointing as the relaxation pools and large whirl pool with therapeutic water jets etc was luke warm and certainly not warm/hot enough to relax in. Only stayed for 30 mins so not worth it.

The bath and shower temperatures were difficult to navigate, it would have been nice to have a pool view but believe you have to pay extra for this. Other than that no complaints.

Room was very comfortable, bed was the best we had. Unbelieve sleep! It was quiet which we asked for, I am a light sleeper and it was lovely to have a nice quiet comfortable room. We had room service it was quick and food was lovely. It was our anniversary and they left prosecco and lovely chocolates to the room and had the room ready for 12pm, the staff were also very help shout out Diago, made check in and check out very simple and easy.

We had a slight problem with a leaking airconditioning in the closet. So some of our clothes were damp from the water running along the backside. We notified the reception and it got fixed. The room was very comfortable and quiet.
