Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Little bit dated slightly run down looking in bathroom could really do with a refresh fine for what you needed . For the money paid it's exactly what you expect
Loved location so close to so many restaurants and beach right at the back of the hotel just perfect location , breakfast is good with a choice of small hot food or cold meats and pastry

The bar and food was OK. Breakfast had very little choice, but what was available was good.
Swimming pool is great, plenty sunbeds, quiet and very clean. Location is excellent.

Most of the breakfast, except the lovely scrambled egg and frothy cappuccino and latte. There was bacon, which my son ate and said it was nice. There was nothing else about the hotel that I disliked. This was my fifth stay since 2015.
Staff were approcable and helpful. Everything was very clean. Room cleaned daily and very well presented. Beds were very comfortable. Fabulous views from the good sized balcony. Lovely swimming pool, with nice surroundings and comfortable sunbeds. Basic showering facilities and a luggage room for late departures. Very good bar area, which was still open, gave us a warm welcome and a much needed drink after arriving just past midnight. Scrambled egg and coffee at breakfast was nice. Hot shower/ water pressure was great in the room. Fantastic location with everything close by, yet quiet enough at night.

Breakfast was poor and basic on the choices and quality!! We had to change rooms, due to a problem with the hot water, but even in the other room, we couldn't take a shower for no more than 5 minutes, after that, the water was becoming cooler. Then you have to wait 1h in order for someone else to take a shower. Although this was in New Year. I believe in summer you won't have a problem!
The hotel is situated in an superb location, just in front of the coast with incredible views!!. The room was comfortable, clean and proper. We had a land view room, which was very noisy due to the traffic on the main road, If I had knew it before, I had chosen a sea view room, quiet and with astonishing views of the amazing coast!!! Well worth to pay a bit more!!!

The beds were very hard. My wife waked up with pain because of the beds. We asked for some solution and they did provide us with additional, softer mattresses. We are very thankful for that!
The breakfast needs some improvement. 1: Real orange juice (fresh or even frozen). Not the strange watery, sugar drink they provide. 2: Fresh fruit in season, with some variety, not a single one. 3: Natural yogurt. 4: Müsli with no sugar added.

Breakfast was not very appealing. Bacon look raw, not a great selection of food. We only ate there once, found alternative places like Taffy's was very good for breakfast. No tea or coffee in the bedrooms but we asked for a kettle at reception and got one without any problem.
Fantastic Pool, area kept clean. the yellow loungers were not clean looking. Blue ones were perfect. Great location, advice about good places to eat would have been helpful. We found a fantastic restaurant only 4 mins walk from the back gate (called ALLBEEF) , a lady in a pub told us about it,

The breakfast was very basic and the restaurant was nothing special, basic as well. The staff were nice but they could be a bit friendlier.
The hotel is in a great location, by the sea, next to lots of bars and restaurants, all in walking distance. The view from the balcony is amazing, the room was ok, comfortable but a bit dated, as the bathroom. But all very good. Everything was working fine.

Breakfast was not great. It was the same thing every day. They had ham and cheese, three types of bread and one kind of pastry. Bacon and scrambled egg and two types of cereal. So not too much choice and nothing changed each day. I also found that while the room was cleaned every day the cleaners never really did much other than change the sheets.
The location of the hotel is amazing. It is so close to the beaches and the strip but yet in a location where you cannot hear all the noise at night time. The pool is really big and never really had any problems in finding loungers. Our bedroom had a sea view which was amazing to wake up to every morning.

bathroom outdated. rooms old fashioned. bed uncomfortable. a comfortable bed makes all holidays enjoyable but the beds definitely need looking at. the staff were professional but not that friendly at all. did not even say thank you at checkout or a welcome on checking in.
