View for family rooms are limited. Shower head was broken and I had to DIY repair it myself.

Right in the middle of the most exciting part of Lisbon, near to many attractions and shopping streets. Staff service was excellent, and breakfast was good.

Arriving at the hotel was a joy. We arrived before the specified check in time but found our room to be ready. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help and give information. The room we had was huge. Extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent location for our stay. Very close to bars and restaurant's. Location was at the start/end point of the Route 28 tram which was very convenient. Taxi's were always outside and were very cheap to use. Finally, the concierge at the hotel, was the most helpful man on the planet!

Excellent location and a lovely hotel. Nice size quiet room with everything stocked up. A good of choice for the breakfast with gluten free option. staff very professional and Leonardo was very helpful with sorting out a map explaining routes and places to visit. The rooftop bar has a great view with a welcome drink upon arrival , the room had a small bottle of port and 2 cakes . A very nice touch

Location is convenient, the breakfast spread is good. Helpful staff and many thanks to the bell staff who helped us (10 of us) with our luggage and organising taxi to the train station

The square the hotel is a bit shabby and there are homeless people hanging around outside the hotel and shop next door but we never had any issues.

Great hotel, staff were all so friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The lovely gift of chocolates for my daughter's birthday was a lovely touch too. Thank you!

No warning in advance of building noise going on, or loss of hot water one morning probably due to this. Breakfast was buffet entirely-.this is a very big hotel so breakfast was for mass catering.

Hotel room was pretty ok, noting special but nothing major to complain either. In the bathroom you can see that the hotel has been there for a while.

Obviously the hotel is well known among the taxi drivers since he knew the place without any doubts - no need for a tourist first time in Lisboa to explain the route to the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good, there were all the items you normally expect to get at a breakfast buffet of this hotel grade. Fresh fruits was my favorite. Additional bonus in breakfast restaurant was a window view to the queue for tram #28 that is a "must to experience" in Lisboa. And naturally, that tram starting point is just next to the hotel. Hotel Rooftop bar was nice place to have a nightcap after a long day at the city.

The shower on the last day. The first day we never had a problem. The second day my husband and I could barely take a shower! The water burned me then excessively cold! Back and forth! I thought it was me but when my husband used it he had the same experience. It was very upsetting on our last day.

Facilities are a little old. The bath was slow to drain whilst showering, a tap was leaking a little water around the basin when I used it, sink plugs wouldn’t seal properly and the air conditioning was older style so a bit dehydrating overnight.

Helpful staff, well located, had parking (€15), elevator for easy pram access, and a good buffet breakfast included with the room. I had a superior room which included tea and coffee making facilities. A very comfortable base from which to explore Lisboa
