You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PortugalBeds were so worn that they felt like hammocks. Bedding didn't smell nice/clean. Remote control for television was broken and the batteries were scotch-taped in place. I wasn't given a card to have electricity in my room (lights, climate control, or tele), until I phoned the front desk and requested it. I wasn't given a remote control for climate adjustment until I requested it either, and had to sign for it. The television didn't work well/ didn't get a full picture. Had to leave our room key at the front desk every time we left the premises. The front desk worker was often not around when we returned, needing our key to return to the room. There was only cold water at the bathroom sink, uncomfortable for shaving. No marked delineation at edge of black-on-black stairs near the front desk, a fall risk in dim lighting.
Loved the city of Braga, but didn't like anything about this particular hotel. Real low end!

KosovoHotel does’nt have good internet, poor speed and sometimes didnt work. the staff couldnt do anything. no refrigirator, no shampo. there were some sport teams and to many noises. no breakfast included in the price. if you get seperatey its not worthy.
